This spacious mountain retreat is the BEST location in the Cashiers & Sapphire area. The townhome has been professionally designed and is beautifully appointed. Tucked away along the Horsepasture River, guests enjoy the sights and sounds of the river from the back porch or around the fire pit. Enjoy a scenic short, 5 minute walk to Sapphire Vally Resort along the Horsepasture River path that starts just outside the back door. A 3 minute drive brings you to the Ingles shopping center, with just a few more minutes to the Cashiers Crossroads.

For large groups, there is an adjoining property available for rentals. See VRBO listing 2054293.

FEATURES
- First Floor: Updated kitchen, laundry room, powder room, dining area and living room featuring a stacked stone fireplace and high-end, comfortable seating for all.
- Second Floor: 2 king masters with en suite bathrooms, a full bedroom with ensuite bathroom and linen closet.
- Third Floor: 2 cozy twin beds with trundles (4 total beds), closet and bonus nook.
- Garage/Game Room: Features a ping-pong table, corn hole and axe throwing game. Area may also be used as parking for 1 car.

Amazing Mountain Retreat

What an amazing place! It is right on the river with easy access to amenities like swimming, arcade, playground, and beach. Caroline was a very responsive host and the home was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed and the outdoor deck was wonderful to sit out on. Great place for families!

Great townhome, minutes from the heart of Cashiers! Beautiful views and fun hiking super closeby! We came for a friend's wedding and the fall foliage did not disappoint!! We stayed so busy hiking, we didn't take advantage of all the amenities, but loved exploring the area!

We stayed here with a group of ladies on a pickleball trip. Everything was clean and more updated than expected. Super comfortable for us and spacious. The owner was also very responsive. We will stay here again, as it’s close to the other group.

Great place in a great location!

So many great things about this location. It’s close to restaurants, the ski slope and beautiful Riverwalk. You’re in the heart of everything but with plenty of quiet, private surroundings. This condo is decorated beautifully with quality and comfortable amenities. We have been here two years in a row and look forward to going back next year!!

Our three boys love the stream and walking trail to the ski slopes. The amenity center was perfect for the one rain day we experienced. They were able to swim and play in the arcade room.

This is a wonderful, cozy spot in a convenient location. Caroline was very helpful and accommodating! The home is well equipped and comfortable for the six of us. We were there only for a long weekend but would love to go back again for a longer stay!

Perfect location!

This place had everything we wanted! There is a small creek in the back, so the kiddos we able to splash and play everyday! It is just a short hike to the resort pool, which kept us active. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even had a fire and roasted marshmallows one night. The grocery store is only a 4 minute drive away in case you forget anything. My bed was comfy and water pressure was fine. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful vacation and the owner was so responsive and easy to get in touch with. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. (Except for a can opener but that was an easy fix and we left it there so shouldn’t be a problem now. :)). Would definitely recommend!

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We like to cook, and this kitchen had everything we needed. The location is central to everything in Cashiers/Sapphire, particularly the local grocery store.The owner was very easy to deal with; made everything seamless. We already have plans to return in 2019!

Great mountain home!

We stayed here with our four small boys and it was a great place for us! Some rustic mountain touches but lots of nice modern updates. Really well stocked kitchen, we were able to make breakfast every morning and some dinners and lunches. 4 bedrooms was really such great space for a family of 6 and plenty of bathrooms to go around. Lots of movies and games for the family. Loved having access to the amenities, the kids loved the pools, boating, fishing, and game room. Caroline was great to work with and promptly answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house and location

We stayed for a long weekend and couldn’t have been happier with this townhouse. Location is great: 5 min to Ingles (grocery store with a Starbucks), 7 min to cross roads, right around the corner (walking distance) from all the Sapphire resort amenities and a couple of restaurants. The house itself is actually 4 floors if you include the garage. Main living space is on the entry level and it is spacious and cozy with a nice deck. Kitchen has everything you need. Three bedrooms/ three baths on the second floor and a bunk room on the top floor. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The whole place is clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. We will definitely consider this place again!

Wonderful Family Time

We have rented several homes over the last few years fir different family get togethers. This home was wonderful! It was so nice to have room to spread out and have some quiet time! It was so nice that we could all sit and eat together! Everything we needed was supplied in the world kitchen!! The Beds were so comfy!! Showers were all very nice, clean and worked great!! The only little issue we had was very quickly Taken care of! The resort had lots of things to do! With Covid in full force there were time limits at the pool, lake, and putt putt, the resort staff handled this with patience and grace! If you rent this home you will not be disappointed! The neighbor was very nice! Thank you for our relaxing and fun vacation!! We hope to return!!

It was our dream to have our own place here to enjoy time with family and friends, escape the summer heat, admire the beautiful fall landscape and enjoy a true winter. We created this home with our family in mind, leaving no detail untouched. This is our family's happy place and we hope it will become yours too!

Our 3 favorite things about our home are it's close proximity to the heart of Cashiers, the efficient layout that can comfortably accommodate 2 families providing everyone with their own space and the amenities just outside the back door -- fire pit, the river for endless hours of play, plenty of grassy area and the river walk to Sapphire Valley.
