Sweet little cottage with private yard and private entrance. Close to riverfront trails, downtown, hip strip. I love art and ceramics so its got some character with sweet and creative decor. There is a living room with couch that turns into a bed. I also have an air mattress for a 4th person if you really want to squeeze. A tv with cord to link up to your computer. Old school formica table with chairs. Separate bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee french press etc. There is a toaster oven/air fryer. The WiFi connection is much better in the living room than in the bedroom. Overall sweet little cottage ready for some good visitors who want to enjoy Missoula on foot, bike, or car! I am willing to accommodate one well behaved dog and service/emotional support dogs. Please do not leave your pet unattended. I do have a dog that sometimes enters the cottage so anyone with strong dog allergies should know that. I cannot accommodate cats. My family is allergic.
I've just returned home from a great week at Rebecca's wonderful cottage! It was exactly as shown in pictures and stated on the web site. Check in was easy and everything worked as planned.A beautiful setting in a nice neighborhood and a convenient location. Within easy walking distance are beautiful paths along the Clark Fork River and park for walking and biking. Also nearby are many great places to eat and shop.We were happy with the warm and cozy furnishings. The place fit the bill for being truly a Missoula place to stay in step from the well appointed funky style of the area. Out front is an absolutely beautiful garden too.We also liked the ability to prepare food and eat at home. This meant better eating at lower cost than restaurants. Not to forget of course, the wifi was excellant.Rebecca was a great host and we hope to return in the future!
For my dayghter and I the space couldn't have been more perfect. This cottage is eclectic and wimsical, so cute!! Street parking was always available and the location was great.
I've lived in Missoula for 12 years. I have three kiddos (currently 15, 12, 12). I live next door but love my little cottage....it my guest house but I don't always have guests....so I'm trying to save for kids college funds by renting it out. We can either interact or be hands off...whatever is best for you! I love to garden, play tennis, do art, music, hike...all the good stuff.
