About this space
Tucked away in town, this lovely historic 1200 sq ft, two-bedroom, one-bath house has been recently remodeled. Featuring
9 ft ceilings and central heating/air, you will be greeted with all new paint, appliances, and fixtures. From the kitchen to the bathroom, everything has been carefully updated.
Located just a block off Main Street, it’s a peaceful walk to downtown where you’ll find local shops and restaurants to enjoy, or relax on the front porch, and appreciate the Adirondack chairs.
The space
Both bedrooms and living rooms have Smart TV’s with online internet service. Central air and heating, along with gas fire place. Back door patio accommodation with a Weber grill.

Access to all rooms in the house.

We had a great stay here. Found it to be the nicest place we have stayed! Extremely clean, very nicely decorated, plush towels, and everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. We will definitely return!

This was my first time to Belmont! I came to town for my grandson’s birthday, and am so happy that I chose the Belmont cottage! It could not have been more perfect!! It is walking distance to the shops downtown, and I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning! The cottage is cozy and warm, and you will feel right at home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated cottage. The cottage was super clean .the owners were very accommodating. We had everything we needed. It's very close to the state park. We went hiking there and had a picnic.

Beautiful cottage with a lot of charm!

We loved this cottage! Original details remain in the home adding to its charm. Fully functional kitchen and spacious bathroom. Quiet neighborhood convenient location to Red Bay for motorhome work. We really enjoyed the front porch swing. Internet was a little weak but overall would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Perfect !

This is our second stay here at the cottage. The host is amazing, this is the best place we have stayed in, we travel a lot and this is by far our favorite. The attention to deal is incredible, the place is beautiful, the cottage has every little thing you could imagine.We will definitely stay here many times in the future.

We loved the quaint country cottage feel and the convenience of pulling our car right up beside our vrbo and the laundry room For a nice entry with our thing staging there ! All thoughtful things ready in case we forgot something . Smelled great as you walked thru home . Lovely swing on porch .

We loved the place, had an issue with air conditioning but owner was very responsive and had someone come look at it quickly. Besides that, was very clean and served my family well.

Rhonda was great to work with and we loved the cottage. This home is absolutely immaculate and it was all decorated so cute for Christmas in every room of the house. They had everything we needed for a comfortable cozy stay. They even had a keurig with all different flavors of coffee and hot chocolate pods. We were so pleased with our host and with the home. Now we have a place we can rent when we are having work done on our RV in Red Bay, AL and Belmont, MS which makes this a great location for us. Normally we stay in our RV but it’s too cold for us this time of the year so we were thrilled to find this adorable cottage to stay at. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay while getting your RV worked on or just need a vacation. Warm, inviting, super clean, comfortable and wonderful host who are quick to reply to your messages. What more could you ask for. It’s perfect!!!

Adorable Cottage

We chose to stay at Belmont Cottage while in town for a small family gathering. I must say that this rental far exceeded any expectations and was probably my favorite so far. Upon arrival there was a cute welcome basket full of snacks along with some delicious homemade muffins. The cottage is super cute and well decorated. The little details such as basic pantry items, coffee, etc that were available made a huge impression. I will definitely return next time we are in town visiting family. Would definitely recommend this cottage to others, you won’t be disappointed. You’ve set the bar high for other rentals!

The cottage is super well kept, clean and beautiful. The owners are so thoughtful, they had chocolate chip muffins and water waiting on us upon arrival. The front porch is very nice, we enjoyed the swing and rocking chairs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. It is only 12 mins from Tishimingo state park so that was perfect for us! Jackie recommended The country store for breakfast- it was yummy and Belmont coffee had a good bit of coffee choices too!
