Our property includes a free dedicated parking spot in our building's parking lot for your convenience. If you are driving an electric vehicle, you are welcome to use our 50A EV Charger while staying with us. Very few rentals in Provincetown include use of an EV Charger!
If additional parking is needed, there is a municipal parking lot across the street to the right of the fire house. Additional fees may apply, depending upon the time of year that you visit. Parking Enforcement for Parking Lots is from May 1st through October 31st, seven days a week, including holidays.
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.
Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents.
Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home.
When you're coming and going in the interior hallways, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway, roof deck, parking area) are from 8pm - 8am.
Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.
We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Property Service Notice
Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.
There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
