Beautiful condo

The location of this condo was perfect. It is on the 30th floor at Tidewater with amazing views. The condo was extremely clean which we loved and beautifully decorated. The resort has everything you need that you don’t even have to leave the property. The only down fall is the elevators are extremely slow, but not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back.

Room was very nice but not able to let my toddler take a bath because the shower valve wouldn't push down so water would come out of the facet. Only able to use it as a shower, in both bathrooms.

Great Week

The condo was perfect with beautiful views and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication with management was great. The resort was pretty crowded but all the staff at Tidewater were nice and friendly. We had no issues!

Decent

Unit was nice, but the elevators were absolutely horrible as far as the wait goes. We were waiting for a ride for nearly 20 mins. Hate to sound picky but the elevators will make me not want to come back to this resort. Unit was nice however.

Worst vacation ever due to the eleavators wait time you will spend a third of your vacation waiting on them not only that the chairs and umbrella in front of the resort should be complementary no matter who you book through but there not so people dont buy them then they pile up on the beach then you have workers from the resort telling you have to move your stuff everyday all day. It was our worst vaca it was my first time at tidewater and it dam sure will be my last rate it a 0 out of 10 it was awful from checkin to checkout

The elevators are a complete nightmare, and the employees that work at Tidewater or not friendly at

We really loved our condo so nothing to do with the owner, but everyone was calling it the one and done! The elevator’s were a nightmare! Because of the wait there would be 10-12 people crammed in and even people padding out because they were so hot! There’s no way people would be able to get out of that property if there was an emergency! Not one person I talked to said they would come back there. Again once I got into condo we loved it
 great view.. had to empty Dishwasher, sweep and clean shower but it was okay for the price. I hate giving this a bad review..maybe stay here in the winter time
 not when it’s busy, you will want to just stay gone or in the condo.

I was concerned about elevators after reading reviews. I recently had a severe leg break. I asked Emerald Coast Destinations: “We are prepared to book this room for a full week but have a question: Have the concerns with the elevators been remedied?” Their Answer: “The elevators are in working order, and you will not have any issues.” We booked. It was a blatant lie. Upon checking in, hallways were filled with people waiting for elevators. The problem elevators here were common knowledge among everyone. It was manageable initially, but it became intolerable, with us waiting for 20 minutes or more for elevators to/from the 30th floor, standing on my injured leg, waiting in pain. Our service dog gets taken out every three hours, each trip sometimes taking an hour long. However, moving to another location with my leg, paying again, and hoping to get money back from a proven fraudster was not realistic. During power outage on last day, we had to walk 30 stories of stairs. We went without A/C for 24 hours, mainly because Emerald Coast would not fix it after power restored and left me to figure out how to fix it myself. Emerald Coast blamed the power. Also, the shower heads were locked in place, and the bathtubs were not functional because the spouts were locked in shower-only position. Emerald Coast offered me an insulting 240 of 2,800 charged and asked me to commit fraud via a positive review. I refused. I attempted to contact the Unit Owner; he ignored me.

The condo itself was excellent, the view was spectacular! The area was good - lots of cool restaurants , pickleball courts with friendly community, walking trails, sunsets gorgeous! A couple disappointments regarding the resort - indoor pool was not clean at all. Scum line around the entire thing, water was cloudy and green. It was a shame especially this time of year. Outdoor pools unusable. Indoor hot tub was working most days
And it was really chilly for a couple days. The indoor pool would have made it for me. 1/2026

Very nice view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is nice, clean, perfect view. However the elevators are a nightmare! We were waiting about 30-40 minutes for one elevator to come. After it it stops at every single level even though there is nobody waiting. Also in one day they stopped all the elevators in the middle of the day.
