The house is located between the Boardwalk and the Aquarium, just 5 mins to Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. Beach access is right across the street.
This 2 story four-bedroom, three-bath beach house can sleep up to 12 people. The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including:

* Ground floor (outside):
- 2 driveway that fits up to 6 vehicles
- Outdoor shower
- Spacious grass backyard for the kids to run and play

* Ground floor (inside):
- Master suite with a queen-sized bed, also equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge, perfect for another couple or grandparents who want their own space
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower
- Laundry room equipped large capacity washer and dryer
- Game room with a billiards table
- Spiral stairs access to the upper level

* Top floor:
- Front door access to the main living space
- Fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and plenty of counter space, making it easy to cook up delicious meals for your group. Plus, with an open layout, you`ll never miss a moment of the fun happening in the living areas
- For coffee lovers we have a keurig
- Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom
- 2 bunk rooms for the kids with 4 twin over full bunk beds

Guests have full access to the entire house.
Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.
The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, making it easy for everyone in your group to park and unload their luggage.

You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd party company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters and storms.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette remains in the trash can.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
