Enjoy the good times and tan lines in Kure Beach! The house is just minutes walk to the beach. Down the street are the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, Aquarium and Ferry to other islands. The home is a short ride to downtown Carolina Beach where you can enjoy local food and attractions. This beach house is the perfect escape whether you’re with family or friends.

This meticulously designed three-bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse can sleep up to 8 people. The home also features private elevator reaching to all floors. Each bedroom is elegantly appointed with comfortable Tuft and Needle mattresses, ample storage, and a bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has a relaxing and comfortable stay. Towels and linens are provided. The space itself is elegantly finished, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring, it has all of the amenities expected including:

* First floor:
- Carport and garage that fit up to 2 cars
-The garage is equipped with a Level2 E charger for electric/hybrid cars. We also have some beach gears (beach cart, toys, shades, etc.) stored in the garage available for guests to use. Please make sure you put them back where they are and keep the garage organized for the next guests.
- A charcoal grill is provided, please clean up after use.
- Outdoor shower on the left side of the unit to rinse off the day

Guests have full access to the entire unit.
Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.

You will be able to park up to 2 cars in the carport and the garage.

- The neighborhood also has 2 additional parking spaces for guests near the pool.
- The pool is open from dawn until dusk from Apr 15th to October 31st.

We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd party company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters and storms.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.
***Visitors
- If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform and this is subject to approval.
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette remains in the trash can.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
