You and your family will feel at home in this near beachfront townhome nestled in a quiet and relaxing community away from the crowds. A short 3-minute walk will lead you to the white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. There are two relaxing swimming pools to lounge in after a day at the beach, one which is partially covered by large shade trees and one that is heated seasonally (Nov 20-Jan 8 and March 5-April 18). Don't worry about wasting your time or money on beach equipment! Check out your outdoor storage for a large beach wagon and everything you will need for fun in the sun and sand. Inside this beautiful end unit 1300 sq ft vacation home you will enjoy a comfortably furnished living area with a large flatscreen tv, cable, and Wi-Fi. Your full kitchen is complete with updated stainless-steel appliances, two coffee makers (regular drip and Keurig), two air fryers, waffle iron, magic bullet blender, crockpot, large crab pots, and more. Enjoy a meal with your entire family at the attached breakfast bar or at the six-person dining table (perfect for family game nights) or enjoy dining and grilling on the back patio with the gas grill or charcoal grill. Your master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam cushion that can be added or removed for your comfort level. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on your upper-level balcony off the master bedroom. Your guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a bunk bed (twin over full) and a pack and play. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms with an additional half bathroom on the main floor. A full-size washer/dryer is available for your use. You and your family will also enjoy games, books, and toys for the days you want to stay in and relax. You will be centrally located to all of shopping centers including the Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets that offer a wide variety of shops and then off to Baytowne Wharf or Destin Harbor for all kinds of adventures for your whole family! Also, there are many great restaurants that are within walking distance. There are two spacious parking spaces available for your vehicles right outside the front door. Great place

Get a golf cart. Your location is perfect here to get to places and the pool and beach are so close. Pool is super clean. House is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Close to where all the fun is.

Great location!

Wow! Great location, easy walk to beach that was close enough but also quiet. The home was very clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. We will stay here again if possible. You can easily have a family in this home. The owners were responsive and flexible.

Awesome location!

My family of 4 loved this rental for the spaciousness and the location. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room to spread out in the 2 bedroom/4 beds available. The pool was wonderful and never busy! Stocked with everything we needed. The only negative is that the carpets/rugs need a good cleaning. Otherwise, wonderful!

Great Location, Great Amenities, Wonderful Townhome!

Our stay was great! The property was just as listed and had all the extras you could think of needing - beach toys, towels, carts, chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked for making any kind of meals you want and even storing leftovers! Location was amazing -easy walk to the beach and restaurants. There was some normal wear and tear but it was better than my own house so no complaints there! Communication with the owner was great. Our only issue was the back door handle was broke (fell off) so you couldnt pull the door shut behind you which made things a little complicated when wanting to use the grill or head to the pool out back. This was especially hard when the HVAC would shut off if the door was left open more than 10 minutes. We reported the issue and the owner was super nice but the handyman never showed up to fix the issue so we had to deal with it all week. Other than that, no issues! I would recommend this place to anyone and would totally stay again!

It was unfortunate about the door handle. My handyman did show up to repair it but as to not disturb the guest and take the entire handle off during their stay which meant they would have not been able to use it at all, I chose to wait until the end of their stay. The door was functional during their entire stay. I was not made aware that they felt it wasn’t operational. I do have the hvac set up that it shuts off when the doors are left open for an extended period (during the summer months) to prevent the freezing up of the unit and to keep the indoor temp at a comfortable level. Many short term properties have this feature.

So comfortable, well kept and a good location.

The home was decorated nicely and the furniture was very comfortable and inviting. It had a personal, well cared for feel as though I was walking into a friend’s home that was letting me visit for a while, not a worn party house. I enjoyed the front porch with nice green plantings and a nice view toward the ocean with pleasant neighboring landscaping and well-kept homes. The "beach play" closet was full of everything needed for time at the beach including a beach wagon to haul it all. It was certainly a great family place though we enjoyed it without children. The short walk to the beach was through a pleasant well-kept row of nice homes on a quiet street. The beach was incredibly white and the water was extremely clear and was standing height depth for a good distance out. The water was a beautiful clear blue for a long-ways out. It was a fantastic place for a family to safely enjoy the ocean or for me who likes to relax in the water. The restaurant and bar, Pompano Joe's, right on the path to the beach were very handy for a close place to eat and drink.

My family of five stayed here for Labor Day weekend. This is a beautiful updated town home it was super clean upon our arrival, the AC ran perfectly, and there are also fans in each room. We had the perfect amount of space with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half downstairs. The beds in bedrooms were comfortable and the guest bedroom fit my grown teenagers perfectly. We all slept great, quiet place and if you sleep with sound machines these are provided. There are TV's in all rooms and many board games to choose from. The beach was a short 3 min walk and we were grateful the condo provided umbrellas, chairs, coolers, frisbees, pool noodles and other beach toys. We used the kitchen a few times and had everything we needed to cook. Note you will need to bring your own cooking oil and seasonings as those were not provided during our stay. There are two grocery stores close by. It is really close to everything. We loved our stay, it was a home away from home very comfortable place. The owner was responsive, checked on us through messages and responded quickly to my questions. My family and I 100% recommend this place.

Great place - great location - great amenities!!!

They've thought of just about everything at this property! It was super clean and smelled great. Just a short walk to the beach and other fun things along the coast. We really appreciated the beach wagon and all of the chairs and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this townhouse! There were so many things that we appreciated like the cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, decor, and generosity of the owner. The place was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Little things like making sure there were plenty of towels and hooks in the bathroom, memory foam on the beds (with a message to feel free to remove the foam if you prefer a firmer mattress), a beach wagon to use to carry our chairs (also provided) and coolers to the beach which was only a short walk away, big screen TVs, ceiling fans in every room (even in the bathrooms), and comfortable furniture made us feel that the owner truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach for us was an off road through a neighborhood. Was maybe 2/3 mins walk. The master bed was so comfortable (foam topper)The only complaint I had was the dryer takes a few spins to dry. Also not really a complaint but worth note for some folks- there is a skylight window in both bedrooms, when it storms it sounds super loud. I would def stay here again and recommend it. We loved it.

Great Place!

Great Place with a short walk to the beach. House was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. The unit was large and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Destination!

Beautiful home, clean, spacious, and quiet with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are so comfortable I slept better there than I do at home. The pools are well kept and have a beautiful gazebo to provide shade after a long day at the beach. Great location only a 3 to 4-minute walk to Miramar Beach, close to dining, the outlet Mall and Destin Commons. The place was absolutely perfect we will be back!

Wonderful place!

I have stayed at oceanfront properties before and although it had its benefits it tends to be very noisy. This place was so close to the beach but really quiet. I actually think I prefer a short walk (only about 3-4 minutes) and a quiet place than staying where there is so much street noise on scenic gulf drive. There are 2 pools in the complex so they are never overcrowded. The townhome had everything I needed. The beds were so comfortable. They had memory foam toppers for a softer sleep but if you prefer firm you could remove the topper. I loved having the option. The parking spaces were oversized so we were not crowded loading and unloading. I just loved this place. Definitely going to be returning!

Best time!

We had the absolute BEST time staying here. The house couldn’t have been any more PERFECT!! It had everything and anything you could think of and it was CLEAN! There was soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, a beach cart, toys, and chairs!!! Wow!!! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were huge!!! We loved that we had such a short walk to the beach and it’s right by our favorite place, Pompano Joes!! We’re already planning our next trip!!!!
