Welcome to our Family-Friendly and conveniently located home, just minutes away from local attractions! Enjoy a short 11-minute drive to Sesame Place and a 7-minute drive to the Trenton Train Station. We’re also within walking distance to playgrounds, local stores, scenic trails, and more.

The Space
This is a two-family house, and you’ll have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the home features no interior stairs and has handrails at the front steps, making it easily accessible for both young children and elderly guests.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway with grandparents and kids, or a reunion with friends, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The home includes:

🛌 Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and either a toddler bed or crib
🌙 Blackout curtains in both bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep (Note: no TVs in the bedrooms for a more peaceful environment)
🛋️ A large living room with a dedicated play area
🛁 A full bathroom with a brand-new bathtub
🧑‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen
🍽️ A full dining room with seating for six adults, plus an infant high chair and toddler chair

For larger groups, a queen-size air mattress can be provided upon request.

Capacity & Booking Note:
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, or two families (e.g., 4 adults and several small children). Please make sure to accurately reflect the number of guests in your booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Parking Information:
A maximum of two parking spots are available for guests:
🚗 One spot is located along the small white fence
🚗 The second spot is across the street, along the large yard

Please do not park in front of neighbors’ doors or block any driveways. Additional parking may be available upon request—feel free to reach out in advance to make arrangements. Additional Information for Your Stay

🛀 We provide common brand-name shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend bringing your own personal care items. Additional toiletries can be easily purchased at nearby stores.

👩‍🍳The kitchen includes:
• One cast iron pot and one cast iron pan
• A baking sheet (located under the oven)
• Knives, cutting board, and basic utensils for adults and kids
• Simple seasonings such as salt and pepper

Please note: additional ingredients, condiments, bottled water, or specialty cooking items are not provided.

🧺The on-site laundry room includes both a washer and dryer. Detergent is provided, but guests with allergies are encouraged to bring their own.

🛑Reservation & Cancellation Policy
We strictly adhere to our stated cancellation policy. For guests who are confident in their travel plans, we offer a 10% discount on non-refundable bookings. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before finalizing your reservation. If there is any uncertainty, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
