Keep it simple at this peaceful and ceCentrally Located in the heart of E Depere. Fully furnished with Central Air, Washer/Dryer, and on site parking. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Optimist Park. Short drive to great food and restaurants. Recently renovated to include brand new kitchen, SS Appliances, Flooring, and Walk in Tile Shower. Make this your home away from home as a monthly rental option while traveling to Green Bay or Depere.

Keyless touchpad entry. Guests will be provided a unique 4 digit code 24 hours prior to arrival.

Pictured is a full duplex. We do have a long term tenant on the right hand side.
Advertised for rent is a twindo or 1/2 of the duplex. Private entrance on the front and back of the twindo. The left side is available as a monthly rent option. Fully renovated and furnished. We do not accept booking requests for less then 28 days. No smoking or pets allowed.

Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for our needs. Very clean, updated, quiet neighborhood. The minor issues we had were responded to very friendly and very promptly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great "Twindo" Duplex!

I stayed at this Twindo for a long-term stay (~5 months) as I transitioned to the Green Bay area for work. It is a very nice setup and had all the things I needed for a great stay. It was clean and as seen in the pictures. It was wonderful having access to the 1 car garage during the snowy winter. The kitchen was stocked with the items I needed (plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc) and even some spices. The two bedrooms and couch worked perfectly when my family would come to visit - total of 5 people. I utilized the washer and dryer in the basement and they worked well and was great to have during a long-term stay. The host was great and very responsive if I ever needed anything. The neighborhood is very comfortable and quiet and close to a park. I spent several afternoons walking the neighborhood or biking/running to the Fox River Trail which is close by. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area and I would stay here again!
