Historic two bedroom 2nd floor unit in a quiet De Pere neighborhood
You will love the beautiful detail of the original woodwork throughout this 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. The clean high end bathrooms are a breath of fresh air.
The location is within walking distance to downtown DePere's local shops, restaurants, parks, Mulva Center and Fox River Trail.
It is also five minutes to Saint Norbert College & ten minutes to Lambeau Field.
The apartment was very clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and downtown De Pere and many restaurants are easily assessable by walking. The owner has created a very pleasing aesthetic and added great updates to the kitchen and throughout. The Thursday evening farmers market was a bonus.
This elegant family home has been lovingly restored with care and good taste. It is a home one could love for a few days or a longer stay. Close to downtown DePere in a beautiful shady neighborhood. We filled a month with day trips and excursions in this beautiful corner of Wisconsin.
I can't say enough about my stay in De Pere! A welcoming host, wonderful accommodations and a great neighborhood. The upper level of this home is beautiful and very well-situated. Super comfortable beds, a nice sized kitchen and plenty of space. I have a son at Saint Norbert College, which is just across the river from this spot so the location was excellent. We had tickets to the Packers game on Sunday which was a ton of fun, though a bit of a bummer as a Vikings fan... ;) I spent quite a bit of time working from the space as I waited for my son to wrap up classes prior to the Thanksgiving break, and the host was gracious enough to let me extend my checkout by a couple of hours to make it work. Thank you! If you are looking for a very comfortable, clean and up-to-date place to stay in De Pere in a great neighborhood, this is it!
This American Four Square home is on the National & Local Historic registries as the 'John Hockers Home.' Built in 1903, you will notice all the beautiful original detail throughout the home.
