Interested in traveling with multiple families or a group of friends but enjoy having your own accommodations?? If so, we have 3 additional 3 bed/2 bath condos, each sleeping 7-8 guests. All 4 are side-by-side, newly renovated with breathtaking bay front views, 3-minute walk to the beach! Book 1 condo or book all 4! ☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆ ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.
RULES ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, bay and ocean. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. ✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY HOLD: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or security hold (released 7 days after your stay).
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, alligators, lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is close to a forested area, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

Gone Coastal- Five Stars
We had 4 baseball families staying in the 4 units with a common deck and yard. It was perfect! Plenty of yard for the kids to play and kayaks and paddle boards were a hit! The beach was a very short walk across the street. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend booking the 4 units for groups!

Spectacular Stay at Gone Coastal
We loved everything about our stay at Gone Coastal! The condo is in convenient location, and it’s very clean and bright. It has a homey yet luxurious feel, gorgeous views, plentiful amenities and thoughtful extras that made our vacation as active or relaxed as we wanted it to be. The hosts are super responsive and hospitable. If you are looking for a great place for the whole family - from babies to toddlers to kids to teens and beyond- Gone Coastal is a sure bet!

Perfect Relaxation Place
Our stay was fantastic! The property was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly spacious for our family of five. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the details we needed and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. We especially loved dining on the balcony at sunset, with views of the lush lawn, palm trees, and a picturesque pier extending into the lagoon. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable—definitely a highlight! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great getaway at Gone Coastal
My family really enjoyed our stay at Gone Coastal. We booked here because of the amenities the property had including kayaks and paddle boards for my teen and tween daughters. The interior is beautifully decorated and updated nicely. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the games provided (including cornhole and ping pong). I would highly recommend Gone Coastal for families with tweens and teens! Thank you for a lovely stay and for being very responsive to my questions.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The host was communicative and let us know ahead of time about a possible parked SUV and alternative parking near the pool, which we appreciated. Although the white SUV wasn’t there, there was quite a bit of wood stored under the unit—likely from recent deck work—which wasn’t very convenient and did take up some parking space. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we’d definitely stay again!

This property did not disappoint! Beautifully renovated. Lots of amenities. Super close walk to the beach. My husband and I slept so good! We used the gas grill daily. And communication was on point. When we first booked we were a little hesitant about being bay side and not directly on the beach. But it ended up being one of our favorite things about the trip. Our boys fished off the dock daily, caught crabs in the shallow bay waters, paddle boarded and kayaked, beautiful sunset views, and having the green grass was nice to play some games. We brought our own game called bucket golf and it was perfect for the grass area too! We would definitely stay here again!
