I’m especially glad that you appreciated how impeccably clean the condo is, since it is lovingly cared for as we adhere to the strictest enhanced cleaning protocols. I do agree that it is, as you described, a “Good old-fashioned place.” Not overly high tech and minimalist decor, but tasteful, classic Tommy Bahama furniture and Mediterranean decor. Close attention to guests’ comfort is top priority, so the plush amenities set it apart and earn it the “Luxury for Le$$” title. Also pleased that you found the upgraded telephone, Xfinity WiFi, and Comcast Smart TV package a useful experience. A new TV credenza and dining room chandelier will be in place soon. I, myself, was at the property’s clubhouse today and was impressed with the relaxing atmosphere and sleek elegance of the new designer decor. As always, the pool and fitness center offer a state of the art experience. Sorry to disappoint your return booking request for 2023, as the condo has already been reserved January, February, and March. If you will consider any other months, you will always be most welcome.at your comfortable home-away-from-home.

A wonderful experience

Our hostess Gloria, made sure that our stay was stress free. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with all required amenities. She was responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.

Thank you for the positive review! Perhaps you'll reconsider and add another star...I'm a little distressed about your dissatisfaction with regard to the parking. You failed to mention the fact that the owner's space was very proximate, but the guest parking to which you referred is on the rooftop of the garage. Great accommodations were made to provide three extra parking spaces free of charge for your sweet mother's health providers. I am confident they also utilized the handicapped parking at the entrance, whenever available. Perdita should have mentioned that I devoted much time to meet with her, the primary caregiver, escorting her on foot and vehicle throughout the property, addressing each challenge presented due to the delicate condition of your precious mother. Even the staff of The Courtyards were very considerate to keep an eye on her so that the nurse could bring the car right up to the front of the main entrance for her convenience. It was my pleasure meeting your elegant Mother. As previously expressed, I'm delighted to know everyone made the most of the vibrant surroundings while your Mom was unfortunately displaced out of her own home due to elevator reconstruction at her condo. She is blessed to have devoted children as you.

very functional for our purposes. clean and convenient.

the apartment was nice. the only downside was the out of bounds reckless driving by some of the residents. i was almost hit twice by young people using their phones and driving at high rate of speed. just for that reason alone i would not choose the property in the future. Stan Elsten

I am troubled by your experience with the drivers in the area. Rest assured, now that you have brought this to my attention, I am as concerned as you are. As you are no doubt aware, city driving can be unpredictable but this does not excuse the actions of reckless individuals. I will call you to find out when and where these incidents occurred and will bring the matter up directly with the management at The Courtyards apartment complex. We will work together to make sure that this does not happen to any guest in the future. CCTV cameras are already in place around the complex and in the parking garage. Speedbumps would be a great deterrent.. Thank you again for the wonderful review. Hopefully, once this matter is addressed, you will feel reassured and welcome back at the complex again. Wonderful Condo - Great Hostess - Already thinking about my return visit!

A great condo - but Gloria makes it a wonderful experience! From the initial inquiries, to post checkout, Gloria was a treat to work with. Her responses were always lightning fast and she always seemed to have my vacation experience top of mind. She is the perfect hostess/renter. As others have mentioned - the condo is centrally located to everything happening in West Palm and only a mile or so to I-95. A perfect location. Depending on your fitness and interest level, it is also within walking/biking distance to much of what is happening in Palm Beach - Lake Trail - Four Arts Garden, Worth Avenue, The Beach As for the condo itself. I couldn't have been more pleased - the bed was very comfortable, the chairs and sofa were spacious and inviting - the Keurig machine was stocked and the tv was bigger and better than at home, so I was content on those rare rainy afternoons and evenings when I stayed in. I must add that I'm quite a critic for cleanliness on rentals, this place was spotless! I recommend Gloria and this condo without reservation!

This "Luxury for Le$$" condo is my pride and joy, and my guests' comfort priority number 1. Your wonderful experience is also a reflection of your gracious attitude. I appreciate the time you granted me to be present while the Comcast Level 3 technician "Max" responded to the "temperamental" Xfinity WiFi connection and overhauled the entire system within the apartment. Guests have extra peace of mind when an owner lives nearby and promptly attends to any unexpected emergency which may arise. I'm most appreciative of your suggestion that a hassock would ensure additional comfort. I assure you that well in advance of your next visit, a foot stool will be in place to provide extra relaxation of your tired feet while reading in the cushy living room chairs. Sounds like you really availed yourselves of so much that West Palm Beach and Palm Beach offer, including the restaurants Brio, Cheesecake Factory, and my personal favorite, the $8 Happy Hour full entrees at Ruths Chris. The free sculpture gardens of Society of the Four Arts, biking along the Lake Trail, and strolling along Worth Avenue are the ultimate experiences. Great Place, Great Location, Great Owner

The unit is in a great location within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, shopping, theater and movie theaters. Comes with convenient covered parking. Short drive to the ocean and shopping in Palm Beach. The condo is well maintained and the concierge service is good. The pool and fitness facility are in good shape. Really enjoyed both. Gloria, the owner, was very attentive, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Above and Beyond

Gloria the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was worry-free. My husband and young daughter were in WPB for her to have a major surgery at Paley Orthopedic Institute, and this was the perfect home-away-from-home for her to recover. The condo is wheelchair accessible, and they were able to receive Shipt and Whole Foods deliveries for groceries. Condo was so well-stocked with supplies (towels, laundry detergent, cookware) that we found they'd packed a bunch of things we didn't even need. The property owner was extremely attentive and caring, and really went out of her way to make sure they were comfortable during their 2 stays. BIG THANKS for all your help!

Beyond every expectation

My stay could not have been any better. Glory is a very warm, welcoming, supporting and kind host. She is very accurate in her communication. After we have been in the apartment she showed me around in the neighborhood which helped to find my way. The apartment is very convenient and located in a nice neighborhood with lots of great restaurants.

The condo was attractive, but not comfortable for us

The condo looked nice but we were not that comfortable in it. The beds were too soft for us, which caused a flare in back. Pain and ultimately caused us to leave early. Owner said pool was heated, but water was cold. On positive note, location was great and we enjoyed the city place shops and restaurants as well as Clematis

Wonderful and Total Happy Experience

Gloria is a toughtful and helpful host. She waited at the entrance of "The Courtyards" and pointed to us all the beautiful amenities of the condo and the neighborhood. The Apartment was clean and well appointed. From the Keurig coffee maker with the provided "pods" to all the paper products needed in the Kitchen, and all the towels and sheets for the bathrooms and bedrooms. Vacation at it's best.

I couldn't have been any more pleased with my stay at this lovely condo. Gloria was a wonderful hostess! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the free trolley stopping right in front of the building. There were shops, restaurants, grocery store, and more all within walking distance. The pool area provided sun and shade for my reading each day. We enjoyed the short walk to the City Place outdoor area, where we had dinner and sat at night listening to the music and eating ice cream. I look forward to going back again. Perfect location, great place to stay

Gloria is a great hostess. She is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is at the condo. She has thought of everything. The Best Vacation

First of all Gloria is so welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. We had everything needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much we wanted to stay another month in the apartment but it had already been rented. The location was perfect within walking distance to restaurants and shoppimg. I could go on and on but to make it short IT WAS A GREAT STAY!!

Perfect location

My husband and i stayed in this location on a recent trip to meet up with family close by. The location is perfect, just a short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Gloria is a lovely lady, warm and helpful! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and equipped with anything you would need for your stay. I would have no hesitation recommending this rental to family and friends.

Location was PERFECT, our car rarely left the convenient underground parking garage. City Place is a wonderful central location for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, (The Kravis Theatre is directly across the street) free trolleys, and access to great bike paths along Lake Worth. Palm Beach is a short drive across the Bridge, and offers unlimited "things to do"... strolling the Beach, great restaurants, shopping; and don't miss guided tours of The Historic Breakers Hotel, Flagler Mansion, and Worth Avenue. The condo kitchen was very well equipped and suited for cooking in, if you choose. We appreciated the more than adequate supply of quality linens and towels. Exceptional welcome from the owners was most appreciated. Gloria was very prompt in responding to any question ... her personal attention was a nice bonus during our one month stay!

City Place Apartment

The rental of that apartment has been great success. The listing description was accurate and the apartment was clean and well-maintened. The owner Gloria is a wonderful person, helpful and very easy to work with. She was on site when we arrived and she answered all our questions and gave us very usefull informations regarding the surroundings. The apartment is very well located with many nearby activities and attractions.., restaurants, cinema, theather, shops, groceries, etc... all on walking distance. In other words, to access those facilities does not require a car... We loved City Place. It's a very pleasant and relaxing place, with security all over. The families are present and seem to enjoy this area. Without hesitation, we'll recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Wonderful Condo

The owner allowed us to use her condo while my son had surgery with Dr. Paley at St. Mary's Medical Center/PALLI. We were there for 2 weeks with our dog and two kids. The condo is handicapped accessible and feels like home! The owner is really the best part about the condo because she is so kind, professional, and flexible. Like the other review, it is very wonderfully located within walking distance of many great places. PUBLIX is a short walk away, Panera Bread, ice cream places, Starbucks, the movie theater, Cheesecake Factory, and City Pizza. We did a lot of walking around City Place and our kids loved seeing the fountains and eating at the yummy places. Target is the next exit north on the freeway too...everything you could need in a central location and close to the hospital! The complex is quiet and secure. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had some suggestions for random kitchen utensils that could be useful and the owner got right on it! We are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay here again if our son needs more surgeries with Paley.

What Could Be Better Than Staying In This Courtyard Condo?...NOTHING!

First, let me say the owner is very easy to work with. She truly wants her guests to feel at home. Any ?'s you may have are answered immediately. The condo itself was very clean. Added to the living room picture that you see on this site are two comfy chairs and a large flat screen TV that is picture perfect! The updated kitchen is stocked with very nice quality pots, pans, dishes, etc. you probably won't do much cooking because there are sooo many wonderful restaurants. Brio just opened before we left. Delish! Beds are quite comfortable. Being that the condo is on the top floor, and is an end unit it is extremely quiet! You will think you're the only one on the floor. Only four other quiet neighbors down the hall. Now for the location, PERFECT! Directly across the street is the Kravis Performing Arts Center. We saw many great performances during our 2 month stay. Also, take the free trolly from there ( it's a pick up and drop off stop) to Clematis St.where there are even more restaurants than in City place. Many activities always going on there and in City Place.New Bowling Alley/Sports Bar coming soon. Free musical concerts every Thurs.,Fri.,and Sat. nights. Movie theater, Improv Comedy Club, BB Kings and Publix Supermarket a few blocks away. No need for a car unless you want to go to Palm Beach 2 miles away. No car, call a cab.I could go on and on you must see for yourself! I guarantee you, visit once and you'll be back. Tip:The beautiful complex is very secure.You must use your key card to get in and out.Going to City Place? take the elevator in the building to the 2nd. floor and exit into the garage. Walk left until you see a covered walkway on your right. Use the elevator or walk down one flight of stairs, which takes you right into City Place. You must swipe you card on the pad at the door. No need to walk outside. One last thing...have a sweet tooth? Don't miss SLOAN'S!!! Enjoy.

Visit for grandson's birthday

My wife and I, along with my oldest son and his wife, traveled from SC to West Palm to visit my youngest son and celebrate the first birthday of our only grandchild. After I made inquiry on the VRBO site I was contacted by Gloria, owner of this unit. I could not have asked for a more pleasant VRBO owner. Gloria was a very helpful and gracious host and made all efforts to ensure our celebration was successful. This condo's location is perfect to enjoy shopping (for my wife), a variety of restaurants and a very safe and beautiful area for walking and enjoying the outdoors. The condo is furnished very nice, well maintained and provides the perfect environment for relaxing and enjoying the feel of a home setting. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in the West Palm area and especially if you are interested in staying in a great location for the activities mentioned or just relaxing.

Fabulous West Palm Rental!!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting this condo. Gloria could not have been more helpful. T he condo is in pristine condiction, and in an amazing location: steps to beautiful City Place, with lots of restaurants, shops, and nightclubs. I highly recommend this rental!!!!

Spring Break trip

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! We were so surprised by how close we were to all of the shopping and restaurants of City Place. This was a great bonus as it was not necessary to rent a car. The condo itself was really outstanding and well cared for. The beds were very comfortable, the entire place was very clean and prepared in a way that allowed guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The projection television in the living room was an added bonus for movie fans. The condo facility as a whole was extremely well kept and beautiful. The pool and surrounding area was very well maintained and included plenty of lounge seating. Overall, our experience was great! We would highly recommend a stay here.
