Tout à propos de cette résidence est haut de gamme, première classe et d'une propreté impeccable. Offrant de superbes vues à 180 degrés sur la carte postale du championnat de golf du PGA National Golf Club.

Entièrement rénové à l'été 2018, cette résidence dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles, revêtements de sol et accessoires. La cuisine design est toute nouvelle et parfaite pour un dîner privé ou divertissant. Les matelas sont neufs et extrêmement confortables avec des draps et des draps de 500 fils. Nouvelle TV dans toutes les chambres et le salon avec WIFI haut débit dans toute la résidence. Une terrasse privée spectaculaire offre des vues sur le parcours de golf et l'eau.

Les camionnettes ou tout autre type de camion ne sont pas autorisés dans l'aire de stationnement. Ils seront remorqués. Les animaux de compagnie pesant plus de 10 kg sont strictement interdits par la communauté PGA.

Nous louons uniquement à des clients responsables qui veulent le meilleur de Palm Beach dans un environnement calme et de qualité. En conséquence, nous demandons à nos invités de fournir une description d'eux-mêmes et de leur parti en termes de profession et de milieux.

La résidence est située dans la PGA National Resort, où se déroule la Honda Classic sur le circuit de la PGA. Il y a de beaux parcs sur la propriété et d'excellents restaurants sont à quelques minutes du condo. Juno Beach est à 9 minutes en voiture et est l'une des meilleures plages du sud de la Floride avec un parking gratuit. West Palm Beach est à 15 minutes en voiture du condo; marcher la célèbre Worth Avenue à West Palm Beach ou prendre un 5 minutes en voiture au Gardens Mall (intérieur et extérieur). Le centre commercial est situé à la sortie de l'autoroute 95 et à seulement 10 minutes du condo. L'aéroport international de Palm Beach (PBI) est à 15 minutes. L'aéroport international de Fort Lauderdale (FLL) est à 45 minutes.
Grands magasins, la nourriture et les plages attendent votre séjour.

Il y a un parking gratuit dans la communauté fermée à côté de la résidence. Les camions ne sont pas autorisés dans la communauté.

Family friendly fun for 8 people

We brought our four young children, including an infant, totaling four adults and four kids. We chose this property instead of a couple of hotel rooms and we were sooooo happy with our choice! The kids loved the bunk beds. There was a high chair and crib for the baby. The kitchen had adequate amounts of dishes and appliances. We loved watching the wildlife on the water—the golf course view was peaceful and beautiful! The pool was never crowded and had plenty of chairs for lounging. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe with great walking trails and a couple of playgrounds nearby. David checked in with us several times asking how are stay was going. Overall, we absolutely loved our choice and look forward to returning!

Perfect Family Getaway

It was a perfect family getaway. Check in was easy. The condo was spacious. (One review mentioned the queen bedroom was closet sized but I thought it was a decent sized room!) the kitchen was fully equipped for a variety of cooking options. The screened in back porch was a perfect space to relax in the morning with coffee.

April vacation

The check in process was super easy. Owner sends all important information via email, very straight forward of everything you need to know. The place was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfortable. It has all the conviences of home, full kitchen with everything you would need for cooking, washer dryer, great air conditioning which is sometimes a rare find down in Florida in some houses you rent! Beautiful property and super safe in the gaited community. Everyone was super nice, and owners responded quickly when I had a question. I brought my 2 teenage kids, and they fell in love with the area. I will definitely be returning to this same property if its available for our next trip!

Beautiful home and gorgeous sunrises

I do not normally post reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank David for sharing his home with us. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the home worked beautifully for us. The 3 bedroom home, the kitchen and great screened in porch with AMAZING sunrises was an unexpected surprise. We celebrated birthdays and the holidays and hope to do so again. Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

David was a pleasure to deal with and made everything seamless. The condo was great and I'd definitely stay there again. The dryer was acting up and not working near the end of the stay, but that's just part of life whenever you stay at a place with appliances. David was on top of everything and the condo had everything needed to be able to show up with only clothes, etc., and move right in. 5 star host!

Villa with a View

This villa offered a very comfortable stay. It had great beds and linen. Bathrooms were just like pictured. The view of golf course and water feature was delightful. TV’s in each bedroom but you need your own streaming info. WiFi great. The owner very communicative. Most of our stay it was two of us. When we were 6 there was not enough silverware, glasses or towels. It would have been a problem if I could not borrow from friends I had in the area. I mentioned this to the owner. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items.

Clean and Well located; Misleading

Overall the condo is clean, and well located with The Gardens area. While the condo is within PGA National, it does NOT grant you any rights to use any PGA facilities at all. Also the “3rd bedroom” in this unit is a converted closet (no windows, shares bath with master, and tiny), thus the reason no pictures are shown. The entire unit has close to zero closet space. So, while we had a wonderful time, the descriptions of the opportunity are a bit misleading. Lastly, we had issues with the washing machine (broken for initial 10 days) and while management was communicative and responsive in efforts to fix it over a holiday period, and gave us access to another unit we had to drive to to use for laundry, no credit was offered (which seems a bit unfair).

Bats (Yes, flying bats) and Mold in an otherwise nice community

We were extremely disappointed with this property and genuinely concerned from a health perspective. The overall apartment impression wasn't what was depicted in the pictures but that was somewhat expected. The real issues were the safety hazards. We were staying in this unit for a couple months as we're in the process of moving. Every couple days we would have to sweep the front porch because we thought the tree overhanging the front stoop was dropping seeds of some sort with an unpleasant smell. Not the end of the world, until one day around dusk we realized they weren't seeds at all but bat droppings as we saw the actual bats flying around!! Mind you, we're not talking about a couple droppings. Every 2-4 days there would be mounds we would have to sweep off the front stoop! Like most people we've never dealt with bats so every day we're walking over these "seeds" and unknowingly walking in bat waste. We even had two injured live bats end up right on the front porch! To make matters worse, there is a 1/2 gap in the front door so the unpleasant odor flowed into the house not to mention allowed bugs to come and go freely. After contacting the host, wildlife control came out within 4-5 days and left a huge net up for about a week after that and eventually sealed the nest hole. The hosts initial response was somewhat blaming us like we should have diagnosed the bat problem sooner, said the bats were an endangered species making me think this wasn't the first he'd heard of the issue, and then actually debated the safety of bat waste being in the walkway. The other hazard is there is mold growing on the air vents and ceiling from the general humidity in the unit probably caused by the gap in the front door. The back patio screen is also in very poor shape leading to it constantly being dirty with leaves, bugs, and dirt blowing in. Outside of the poorly kept unit, the overall community is nice, feels safe, and neighbors were friendly. We documented everything so hopefully this allows us to post pictures.

Great all-around!

I normally stay at PGA national, but for almost half the price and for a far Superior property, I stayed here. Would not hesitate to stay again. beautiful home very quiet, easy access and parking, everything was immaculate, and all supplies and amenities were taken care of. Great for families with two bathrooms and cool bunkbeds. Highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was very comfortable and clean. View from porch was very pretty. Host was fast to reply with any with any questions that we had. PGA national is very conventionally located to many stores and restaurants. Beaches just 20 minutes away with free and easy parking. Also very close to turnpike and 95. I would stay here again.

Nice property near PGA National

We are a family with junior golfers that played in a tournament at PGA National. This property is a good value relative to the price of staying at the resort. It met our expectations.
