Villa Blanca is located in central San Juan’s Santurce barrio within the quiet, yet convenient subbarrio of Hipódromo. Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is perfectly located for all this region of Puerto Rico has to offer. The property accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for friends, families, or groups.



The Space:

Bedrooms: featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, flat screen television and air conditioning, while the other two bedrooms offer queen-size beds and each room has a large closet. An additional sofa bed in the living area ensures everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.



Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and all the essentials you need for your stay.



Living Area: The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing. It includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, 2 overhead fans and plenty of natural light.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including brand new modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that seats eight.



Outdoor Space: Step outside to the enclosed portico or relax on the private patio with fans and cafe lights where you can unwind and enjoy the San Juan weather. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Our home is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Santurce, just a 7-minute drive from La Placita, one of the best spots for nightlife, abundance of cafes and entertainment in San Juan. You`ll be close to historic Old San Juan, beautiful beaches, and a variety of dining and shopping options. Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, you’ll find everything you need within reach.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all amenities. Check-in is easy with our secure lockbox system. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.



Parking:

Please park in front of the house with your passenger wheels on the curb. There is space for 2 vehicles.

DO NOT block the neighbors gate or park in front of their houses.



Other Things to Note:

Absolutely NO smoking inside the house or on the front patio. You may smoke on the private side patio with the fans and cafe lights.

Please remove your shoes inside.

Pets are not allowed.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

- Do NOT smoke inside. Guests, please do NOT smoke in front or the shared side of the house. This covers using tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and other substances. If you wish to smoke, please use the private side patio of the house with fans and cafe lights for your comfort.

- Please refrain from altering or removing a security or monitoring equipment that has been duly authorized and disclosed.

- Please maintain this place as if it were your own house!

- Before departing, we kindly request that all dishes be rinsed free of food and placed in the sink and all rubbish be carried to the black trash cans out front.

- Checkout time: Visitors must finish checking out by the scheduled time.

- Please lock the patio gate and return the keys to the lockbox as you depart.
