Riverside Retreat is a private three-bedroom river house located in a quiet area just off Amelia Island and only 4.3 miles from the beach! Guests can enjoy river views from the screened-in porch or fire pit and have full access to the private dock.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted with sophisticated comfort furnished by Restoration Hardware. The main living area is framed with a vaulted ceiling, two comfortable sofas, fireplace, and a large TV (offering online streaming through NOW TV through Xfinity) great for entertaining. The kitchen is updated with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, utensils, a toaster, a regular coffee maker, an ice maker, and more.


The dining table faces the picture-perfect front yard with views of the river. A second seating area is adjacent to the dining room allowing the perfect place to drink your morning coffee with a view.


The master bedroom is located on the ground level with a King bed, large TV, and closet. The downstairs bathroom offers a walk-in shower.


Upstairs are two additional bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twin beds and a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

A washer/dryer is provided as well.
