Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, hot tub was super clean as well! Property was beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and amenities were great! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and comfortable. Our favorite part was the deck and hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring the area. The view is peaceful and we could hear the creek behind the house. We hope to visit again!

Our small group had an amazing relaxing getaway. The home was clean and stocked with everything you might have forgotten. The communication was clear and prompt. The hot tub was amazing. Will stay here again.

Had an amazing time. Beds were very comfy. Loved the gorgeous outdoors. Beautiful setting. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.Krista was quick to respond. Hot tub and firepit were used daily.

The home was nice and clean, pictures were accurate, loved the decor. Hot tub was super clean. We stayed for a trip to Tall Pines. Great room for parking a truck and trailer. Hosts were amazing and responded right away. Will stay again.

Hot tub was perfect they supplied a fully stocked kitchen, a spa shower downstairs, plenty of space yet cozy and comfortable to relax both inside and outside. Host was very quick to respond any time we needed anything and very kind even communicated after we left to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. Great 9 day vacation!

Cozy cottage

My friend and I spent a relaxing weekend here, and it couldn't have been more serene and perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the property is wonderful.

Really the only problem we had was getting the door open. It looks like an older door and the lock was sticking. The house is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. It is nicely kept up! Very nice place!

Clean and relaxing

We visited for a weekend to spend time with family. The area is very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the nearby stream after it rains. The house has everything you need, beds are comfortable, and it’s clean.

We make a trip to this part of NY every Fall to visit with family, and this has been our favorite house so far! Cute and cozy, had everything we needed and more. The kids love the hot tub, and the dog loved the big back yard. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. It is close to the road and there was a lot of traffic during our stay, cars flying down the street all hours of the night, but we still had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed every minute of the stay! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Our stay was very comfortable. All the amenities were very much appreciated. Wish we had the time to use the hot tub. It looked amazing. To tired after a long day of fishing. Would love to come back. Cozy and Comfortable

We loved our weekend away to attend our son’s graduation from Alfred State! The property was so inviting and had everything we needed for our family and grandparents to enjoy this milestone for our son. The location was very convenient being so close to the college. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The big deck with the hot tub was a nice spot to hang out and have a cup of coffee or soak in the beauty of the outdoors. The owners very easy to contact and we had no issues at all during our stay. We hope to come again as we have our third son attending Alfred in the fall! Lovely home away from home!

It was very convenient to go back and forth to the University. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding. We would have liked more instructions to heaters . It turned cold while we were there. Also a second key so you could take one and leave one in the outside key box. We would stay again and the owner was available to talk too.

5 Star Service and Comfort

Christa, the home owner, will provide you 5 star customer service. We had a couple of questions and she was immediately responding with answers. She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home. In fact, your kids and pet will have plenty of room to run and play in the backyard. I highly recommend if you’re coming to NY, and need some R and R, STOP surfing the web and just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a comfortable stay! Comfy beds, nice layout for relaxing, and a great hot tub. Everything was clean and well kept and the host responded instantly to my questions prior to the trip. Beautiful view from the back deck, too! I wish we were staying longer!!

We truly felt at home for our stay! This home is clearly well loved and cared for, with so many personal touches we could really see ourselves coming back for a longer stay. The views were incredible, I can only imagine how wonderful sitting in that Hot Tub would be as the leaves change in the fall!
