From the beginning, I was available and responded promptly to all your inquiries via -----------, including explaining the situation with the room controls, which, as I mentioned, were inverted but fully operational. Regarding the hot water, as I explained during your stay, this apartment does not offer hot water service, nor air conditioning in the living room, as clearly stated in the listing. It is important that guests carefully review the services included before making a reservation. Concerning the balcony, I understand your frustration; however, it is an open outdoor space, and it is impossible to fully control the presence of birds in the environment. I would also like to clarify that there were neighbor complaints about loud music and even dirty objects being thrown from the balcony, which is unacceptable and affects coexistence in the building. Despite these situations, I always maintained a polite and helpful attitude, even when the communication became tense on your part. Finally, if the conditions of the apartment had truly been as inadequate as you describe, you could have requested a refund on the first night and moved to another accommodation, which did not happen. I always welcome constructive feedback, but I believe it is equally important that reviews reflect reality and that all parties take responsibility for their actions.
