Looking to rent approx 30 days during the window of July 1-Aug 5th. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, within minutes of 285. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Denver, 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or 15 minutes to world class mountain biking and hiking! This is our family home, so there will be little quirks and imperfections, but for the most part we try our best to keep it in good shape! We expect you to treat it as your own :) This home is west facing with so many beautiful mountain views and a nice wooded 2 acre lot. This is the perfect spot for a large family or group and provides a lot of space to spread out. The home is approximately 5500 finished square feet. No large parties or events allowed.
