Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We’re happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

Morning sunlight spills over the peaks, casting golden light across pine-covered hills as crisp mountain air fills the wraparound deck. You can sip your coffee while watching wildlife wander through the 40-acre property or soak in the quiet of the mountains before setting off to explore nearby trails. As evening falls, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire table beneath a canopy of stars.

The Space
Set in a peaceful community surrounded by sweeping mountain views, this spacious retreat offers both comfort and connection to nature. The great room features vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the peaks, with a reclining sectional, gas fireplace, and Smart TV creating a cozy setting for movie nights. A second living area downstairs provides space for games, a shuffleboard table, and relaxed conversation after a day outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and multi-jet shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom with a queen bed provides a quiet workspace and inspiring views. The bunk room features two full lower bunks with twin uppers, ideal for families or groups.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and modern appliances. Prepare shared meals with ease, whether a casual breakfast or a hearty dinner after exploring Bailey’s trails. A large dining table and island seating encourage long conversations over home-cooked dishes, while the coffee maker and French press make mornings easy to start.

Outdoor living
The wraparound deck invites you to dine, lounge, and breathe in the mountain air. There’s a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit perfect for gathering at sunset. The backyard offers a putting green, corn hole, and plenty of open space to enjoy Colorado’s natural beauty.

You’ll have Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, heating, and all bathroom and bedroom essentials. The property also provides free parking, self check-in with a lockbox, and safety features like smoke alarms and a first aid kit.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!

For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.



WIFI: Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function. Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.

Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property
