Our team is available by phone or message throughout your stay, with as much or as little interaction as you prefer. Enjoy convenient self check-in and check-out, and reach out anytime through the booking platform or by phone.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will not enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner dual oven range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing meals. A spacious island and large dining table provide plenty of room for shared cooking and lingering over breakfast before heading out to explore the snow-covered trails or nearby town.

**The home sits on an elevated property with a sloped road and steep driveway, making a properly equipped vehicle important during winter weather. From late October through late April, we recommend arriving in an AWD or 4WD vehicle for the best traction and easiest access, especially after a snowfall. Winter storms in the area typically bring around 5 inches of snow at a time, and neighborhood roads and the driveway are regularly plowed as needed. Please plan your vehicle based on current road and weather conditions to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.**

WiFi: Enjoy high-speed Starlink WiFi throughout your stay, ideal for streaming, video calls, remote work, and staying connected. The home’s smart devices also rely on the WiFi system to operate properly.

Summer: Enjoy Colorado’s naturally cooler evenings and low humidity throughout the summer. The home is designed to stay comfortable with windows that can be opened for fresh mountain air, along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas for added airflow and circulation.

Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.

Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.

No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
