Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.
Morning light washes over the mountains, filling the sky with gold as you step onto the wraparound deck and breathe in the crisp alpine air. At night, the stars feel close enough to touch while you settle beside the fire pit or sink into the hot tub, letting the quiet of the forest surround you. Here, every moment invites you to slow down and connect with the landscape.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms plus a loft. The primary suite offers a king bed, a reading nook, direct deck access, and a spa-inspired ensuite with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a multi-jet shower. Additional bedrooms include another king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk room with two queen lower bunks and twin uppers. A loft bedroom provides a queen bed and a dedicated workspace overlooking the mountains.
Living spaces
The great roomâs vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views. A reclining sectional and 70-inch Smart TV make it easy to gather, while the gas fireplace adds warmth. On the lower level, an entertainment area includes a shuffleboard, card and poker table, and board games for friendly competition.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen features a 6-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and modern appliances. A large island with seating for four and a dining table allow everyone to share meals together. Coffee lovers will appreciate the French press, grinder, and combination Keurig/drip coffee maker.
Outdoor living
Set on 40 private acres, the property offers a deck with dining and lounge seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. The backyard includes a putting green and cornhole, while the hot tub provides a relaxing spot surrounded by mountain views.

You will find thoughtful touches throughout, including washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, pack ân play, high chair, baby bath, and a dedicated workspace with WiFi. For comfort, the home provides heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Tucked in a peaceful mountain community, the home feels secluded yet remains just 10 minutes from downtown Bailey for dining and entertainment. Outdoor enthusiasts will find nearby trails for hiking and biking, alpine streams for fishing, and plenty of space for off-road exploration.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.
Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property
