Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

Sleeping arrangements
This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates groups in four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a plush king bed, a reading nook, direct deck access, and a spa-inspired ensuite with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a multi-jet shower. Additional bedrooms include another king room, a queen room, and a bunk room with two queen lower bunks and twin uppersâideal for families or larger parties. A loft bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote work with inspiring views.
Living spaces
The great roomâs vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic mountain vistas, filling the space with natural light. Gather on the reclining sectional for movie nights on the 70-inch Smart TV or warm up by the gas fireplace. The lower-level entertainment area invites friendly competition with a custom shuffleboard, board games, and a convertible card/poker table.
Kitchen and dining
The gourmet kitchen is a chefâs dreamâfully equipped with a 6-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances. ***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.
Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property
