SUMMER BREEZE, a new build on Lake Rosseau, with over 300' of lake frontage and 3 acres with surrounding trees to provide ultimate privacy for your vacationing pleasure. This property sits in a bay that offers spectacular long views and promises amazing sunsets each day. In fact, the property has been designed to maximize the views and features at each level, in addition to its expansive Muskoka Room, wrap around deck and large deck area on the upper level of the boathouse. Take a nature walk down flagstone steps from the main cottage and deck to the 3 slip boathouse and halfway down you will find a sauna and firepit with seating area. Make your way further down to a deck entrance to the beautiful boathouse with a wraparound deck and gate for deep water diving. With multiple seating and dining areas and gorgeous views, you’ll surely experience all the pleasures that Muskoka has to offer.

Off of the kitchen is the outstanding Muskoka room. This is a fantastic place to relax away from the elements. Beautiful state of the art folding glass doors. You can close the glass doors on a cool night and still feel like you are sitting outside.

The lower level cozy family room boasts a sectional sofa, propane fireplace, satellite tv, bar area and shuffleboard. The lower level also has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room.

As a child, I grew up with the sandy beach of Lake Huron in my backyard. I went to university and settled in Toronto with my family and made my living selling computer software. I starting visiting Muskoka in the summertime and fell in love with the peacefulness and natural beauty of the surroundings. Shortly thereafter we bought a cottage, which was quite an investment, but my family has never regretted it!
Working full time however only allowed my family a 2 week vacation, so we all agreed that we would rent to cover our property expenses and to afford to take exotic family trips overseas. Renting our cottage has allowed my family to experience other special places, like Provence and Tuscany.
Despite the alarming storms that can rush in, Muskoka has a certain “joie de vivre” about it. Blue skies, gorgeous lakes, quaint villages and sunshine nearly everyday certainly helps keep a smile on everyone’s face. Over our years in Muskoka, I have met charming people who have also fallen in love with this magical part of Ontario and who have purchased beautiful cottage properties that they visit frequently. While they are away from Muskoka, I take excellent care of their homes and host their visitors who come from all over the world to enjoy this beautifully scenic Canadian location that is especially close to my heart.
