There is plenty of comfortable furniture for all to gather. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The laundry is tucked in a closet, in the kitchen, and has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large screened porch with access from both the living and dining areas. **Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

This is a NO SMOKING property and no parties or events may be held at the property.
