The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $360 a month. Small pet allowed with $375 Pet fee. All payments are required by Zelle or Bank Transfer only. You will find a lot of storage place and basically what ever you might need just to settle and live there. Stay with us, and feel what it´s like to live like a true New Yorker.

Other thing to note:
Payment Terms: when making the reservation $1000 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking. If card is selected, there is a 5% processing fee added. The remaining balance for the f rent & fees is due at check in by Zelle or Bank Transfers. If reservation extended after booking made to a period of 60 days or more for longer period, you may pay directly to host by monthly installments via Zelle or Bank Transfer only.
Minimum 30 nights is required and NO Exceptions
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in.
For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours.
Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 8 PM, and a fee of $200 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $375 to $425 depending on size, amount and length of stay.
While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue.
Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee.
Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
