Ceci est un tout nouveau chalet de style Post and Beam. 2 chambres pour 6 personnes confortablement. Plan d'étage ouvert et grande terrasse donnant sur un pâturage avec des animaux de la ferme. Construit sur une ferme de 5 acres à seulement 10 minutes des plages locales. Vous ferez l'expérience de la vie du vieux comté du Sud, entouré de fermes en activité. Paix et calme loin de la foule Un court trajet en voiture vous amène aux plages locales. Le port de pêche de Galilée est à proximité avec une flotte de pêche très active et productive. L'un des plus grands des États-Unis Le ferry pour Block Island est également situé en Galilée. Le centre-ville de Wakefield est à 5 minutes avec des boutiques et des restaurants locaux. Newport est à 25 minutes en voiture. U. R.I est de 10 minutes. Providence 30 minutes.

Quiet, easy check-in/check-out, chickens were friendly and the most adorable property greeters. LOLClose to URI with awesome places to eat just down the road in Wakefield. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We had a perfect stay at this cottage. It was bigger than we anticipated. There was plenty of room inside for playing games, eating and just relaxing. The dogs appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. The host were very attentive at giving us suggestions as needed. I would highly recommend this cottage if you’re looking for a place that’s clean and comfortable and away from the main attractions but close enough to get there in just a few minutes.

Family Beach Trip

Close proximity to Scarborough Beach (A). House was perfect for our family of 5. Very quiet neighborhood, safe area, approx 5 miles to many restaurants and stores. Dean was happy to answer a few questions we had about the area. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was clean and comfortable. Our dogs liked it as well. The chickens and cats were so friendly, greeting us whenever we were outside. There's a ton of wildlife to watch from the back porch which is also great for reading and relaxing. Dean and Nancy are great hosts and Dean was lightening fast at answering texts and phone calls. We definitely will be returning.

Another amazing stay!

This is my second time staying at this property and it was another perfect trip! The location could not be better and the house itself is wonderful - fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor space (with animals!) and ample parking. We love that the cottage is pet friendly as well :) Can't wait to return again!

Cottage on a farm

This is our second time and had another wonderful mini vacation. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. My girls and the dog had so much fun with all the animals. Location is perfect- right by the beaches, great restaurants and activities. Cant wait to go back!

Amazing Stay in Rhode Island!

What an amazing property! The cottage itself is gorgeous and fully equipped with everything you may need for a stay. And the surrounding land is stunning -- the outdoor patio is adorable and so are the animals! My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Peaceful get-away, close to all beaches.

Relaxing mornings waking up to the friendly donkeys and comical geese. Beaches all afternoon with either side of the salt pond easily accessible. Great dinners at night, restaurants or eating in. The hosts were very prompt when we asked about anything. We enjoyed our stay.

The kindest people with the best place

The house was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. We were made to feel like royalty, everything was provided for us, The hosts Dean and Nancy made sure we had anything we needed and we're extremely understanding and giving when it came to some difficult situations that popped up. What an absolutely beautiful and kind family with a gorgeous place so close to the beaches.

Summer Cottage Serenade

Peaceful Farm Retreat Minutes from Beaches

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate and peaceful property which was thoughtfully furnished with modern appliances and everything we needed. The comfiest beds! Property is perfectly situated just minutes from area attractions and beaches. We loved meeting all the sweet animals too! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we definitely hope to return.

We are from the area but now live out of town, so we can attest to the location! Great spot. Nice, private cottage on the property, lovely farm. House itself had everything we needed and was nicely appointed. Will definitely rent again if we have the need!

Perfect!

This is an amazing property with amazing owners! We spent a week with our 2 small dogs. The accommodations were great and Dean and Linda are just wonderful (we were very fond of Duke and Jack too!!) So close to great beaches and dining. Can’t think of a thing we would change!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Dean and Nancy were very responsive and helpful! Their cottage was perfect for our family as we were there to watch our son play college summer baseball. It was quiet and secluded yet close to Old Mountain field and to the beach, and about a half hour from Newport. The cottage is furnished nicely and was equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans to beach chairs!

Photos don’t do Dean’s place justice!

We will definitely stay again. Perfect for one or two couples. The common space is much larger than we expected with a GREAT kitchen. Large private balcony as well. The place in general is very private but Dean is a great host and very communicative! Highly recommend this place! As clean as could be.

Our family of five adult really enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of the porch and the view behind the house. It was very comfortable with the mini splits in all rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of pillows and sheets and blankets since we used the pull out futon. Since we were arriving at different times, it was very convenient to have plenty of parking. It is a short drive to beaches and stores if needed.It was very helpful to have Nancy and Dean at the house in front of the property and they were most helpful with any small things that we needed.The only thing we were really missing was a workspace as some of us needed to work remotely during the course of the week. We made do with the kitchen island and kitchen table, but it did limit the space where others could hang out when we were working.They no longer have the pets on the listing, but we enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard and the dogs enjoyed the run of the yard. Overall, it was a really relaxing and enjoyable week.
