The Space:

Morning light filters across the lanai as soft ocean breezes move through the space, carrying the energy of Waikiki below. From this elevated perch, you can ease into the day with coffee and open views that stretch from the city skyline toward the water, then step out whenever the beach or nearby streets call. Evenings settle into a slower rhythm, with the glow of the skyline and the comfort of your own private retreat above it all.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 4 guests, the condo features a separate bedroom with a king bed, divided from the living area by a sliding panel door that offers privacy while keeping an open flow. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. Room-darkening shades and comfortable linens support restful nights after full days exploring Honolulu.



Living space and comfort

The main living area invites you to unwind at your own pace, whether you’re watching a movie on the TV or catching up using wifi and Ethernet. A window AC unit helps keep the space comfortable in Honolulu’s warm climate, while a private entrance and keypad self check-in provide flexibility from arrival through departure.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals whenever you like, with space to cook, dine, and gather. Enjoy casual meals at the dining table or take advantage of the lanai’s outdoor dining area when the breeze is just right. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed evening meal, the space supports easy, at-home dining.



Outdoor living

The private patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering a quiet spot to take in the city skyline view and surrounding scenery. Outdoor furniture creates a comfortable setting for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to enjoy time along the nearby shore.



Amenities and building features

Free parking garage on premises - 1 space - adds convenience, along with an EV charger - level 2 available on site. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are located in the building. Guests also have access to shared amenities including a sauna, as well as an outdoor pool and shared hot tub (currently under renovation). Elevator access and a single level home layout with no stairs in the unit make getting around simple and accessible.

Set within the Waikiki Banyan, you’re within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, dining, shopping, and local attractions. With long term stays allowed, the condo offers a comfortable and well-located base to experience Honolulu at your own rhythm.

Iconic landmarks such as Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park are within easy reach, making the Waikiki Banyan an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The neighborhood’s warm aloha spirit and tropical ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere for all.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.



Other Things to Note:

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
