It is a split-level single-family house/chalet with large backyard at the end of a dead-end street surrounded by forest conservancy on three sides. The house can sleep 8 (with 5 fixed beds) most comfortably, but can accommodate max of 10 people with two additional single cot size rollaway beds (stored in the closet ). You can unfold them and put them anywhere you like, bedding for them can be requested in advance.

--Primary guest must be 25 year or older
--After booking confirmation on Vrbo, a separate lease agreement must be signed (will send the doc through email)
--No outdoor camp fire, fire pit to prevent wild fire.
