Lecteur Blu-ray Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est �� quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, o���� vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Towels, Dishware, you name it, anything and everything was available. Clean and tidy. great location!

Turtle Bay

Place was nice. Very clean well kept pool and gardens. The dishwasher at the property does not work. It was supposed to be fixed but was not. Communication with the office was never answered nor was a price discount given. VRBO said the check in information would be sent out 3 days ahead. It was sent out the day before once we had started travelling, so had to find a wifi connection to retrieve. The accommodation’s wifi password given in the check in documents was not the proper password. We found one on the modem by the TV that worked. Several questions about where to find the bedding for the 3rd person and a proper wifi password were never answered. The office takes all weekend and holiday days off, so plan your stay to check in during office hours. When you are an international traveller without a phone plan an emergency phone number is of little use

Price, Paradise and Pleasure

Location of property is outstanding. This is considered county side of Island and it is. Hawaii is an expensive place to visit. Location of multiple beaches to visit. Ability to cook at home. Plenty of sites to see. North shore is definitely that destination on Oahu. Mahalo and Aloha until we meet again….and we will.

All screen doors did not work properly and came off tracks immediately! Also the pool was down so we couldn’t be on July 4th (other pool bbq was occupied). GREAT LOCATION 🙏🙏🙏

The bedroom carpet was rather hold and had a slightly musty odor which dissipated once the windows were opened.The overall experience was exceptional and other than the age of the bedroom carpet was without a hitch. Screens at the front of the lanai are broken. I live on Ala Moana Blvd across from the park & was happy to get home.

Beautiful location, good stay for the price.

The location is idyllic, 3 minute walk from the iconic Turtle Bay Resort for a fraction of the price. To stay here is a bit spendy, however, the price point can’t be beat for the location that it’s in. This stay is in the middle of an apartment complex so you deal with the normal issues with that, during my stay there were kids running all throughout the housing directly above me so it made it challenging to keep asleep - this is no fault to the room though. The housing was relatively clean and offered several amenities but the carpeting was somewhat raggedy and dirty and when I used the shower a ton of rust particles poured out before the water cleared it up after running a bit. All in all, a pleasant stay, it’s not the most luxurious apartment but again, for the price, it cannot be beat. I would stay here again if I was looking to save some cash and wanted to spend my time on the beautiful north shore.

Our main interest is staying in that area was to be close the the PCC, it was by far the best experience on the Island,and away from the crowds at the other end of the island. We did drive to Honolulu a couple of times and were very glad we didn't stay in that area. Turtle Bay was conviently located to most of the Island attractions we wanted to see and so many of the great beaches. The check in and out process was automatic, we did not have any interaction with or see any one from management and really had no need to. The system the had worked smoothly.

Turtle Bay is our go-to for accommodations every time because it is very close with exceptional sunsets at Sunset Beach and amazing snorkeling at Shark's Cove! The condo was clean, airy and well stocked with all we needed to cook meals when not dining out, but the carpet in the bedroom was discolored and seemed to have an odor, it should be replaced. The pool was beautiful and we used the BBQ a couple nights.

The grounds were beautiful, the location was perfect, and it was just the right size for a short and comfortable stay with our family. We loved that we were able to save money by cooking some of our own meals, have separate spaces unlike a hotel, and that we could do our own laundry and not pack so much. The unit was cleaned between guests but definitely needs a good deep clean. Overall our stay was wonderful but I believe the owner should be aware of a few items:The carpets and cooking utensils/products need replacing, the screen door from the lanai needs repair, the fan on the lanai needs replacing, the pullout sofa mattress dips down so my kids had to use extra pillows to prop their heads up properly. These were not deal breakers for us but I know this unit would be better if those things were addressed. Thank you for allowing us this time there. It made our vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable!

Condo was easy to get into but there was an overwhelming odor of mildew. The bedroom carpet was stained and in bad shape. Bathroom was kinda smelly also. My wife could not handle the smell and had an allergic reaction, throat swelled up bad. She slept in the car. Called the management company the next morning to complain, told them I was leaving and got charged for 2 days.
