As you step inside, the main level boasts an open-concept design, seamlessly connecting the living spaces. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful custom cabinets. It's the perfect place to whip up your favorite meals with loved ones and the adjacent dining area is perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners. You'll love to cozy up around the beautiful gas fireplace as laughter is shared. The living room's vaulted ceilings and large windows bring the outdoors in, creating a sense of tranquility. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level. On this level, you'll also find the primary bedroom—a peaceful sanctuary with a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom that offers a luxurious soaking tub, a custom tiled shower, and spacious double vanities with granite counters.

Head upstairs to discover more comfort and space. On the second floor, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. The first offers another king bed, inviting you to rest and rejuvenate. The final room is ideal for families or friends and offers two separate full beds.

Let the warm water melt away your cares as you listen to the rustling leaves. Your loved ones will love to gather around the firepit with marshmallows and stories. Roast s'mores, share laughter, and create memories. Just a 2-minute walk away, Different Drum Lake beckons. Grab your fishing rod and try your luck—this catch-and-release lake promises quiet moments by the water's edge. If needed, a final twin bed can be found in the loft.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs. Pet rent is $25+tax per night. Mature, well-trained dogs only. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots, or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- All guests staying in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish on the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, you do NOT need fishing licenses, however, it is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
