Immaculate 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath located on Dunn's Creek of St. John's River. Newly remolded home with new kitchen and 2 new bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. Large front porch to relax and have a cup of coffee. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer and dishes. Roku stick is supplied for tv access. Come and fish or explore St. Augustine the oldest city in the US or discover the clear waters of Blue Spring State Park for manatee viewing. St. Augustine is a short 25-30 minute drive, Daytona is 45 minutes away and Orlando is 1.5 hours away.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was decorated so cute with all the fishing decor. We were pleased and would rent again.

Loved our weekend get away. The guys were able to fish and we did alittle shopping in St. Augustine!

Weekend stay - convenient and affordable

I was happy with the property overall. The place was clean and ready for my stay. It was just a short 3 day stay for me for an event in nearby Elkton. The host was very available.

**BEDBUG WARNING**Everything in listing was promising. However, most important thing to mention was that my family found a bedbug and the issue wasn’t taken seriously for my family or for anyone else who books this listing in the future. The host knew how the system worked to where no consequences would be faced by her and so we wouldn’t notify vrbo. She informed me that the exterminator would be coming two days after our stay ended and I would get a full report back. The day the exterminator was supposed to come she reached out via text with no documentation and then she called me quickly after to continue to lie about not having a professional exterminator inspect the trailer because the “housekeeper” didn’t see them when I asked for phone number of the company she used. Little research shows you can get a free estimate. Why you wouldn’t do that is crazy to me. In every corner you would see an odor or bug control container as well. By the end of the call she made it clear she was already frustrated by having to move the other storage trailer from under the carport for us so my husband could protect/park his boat under it. This was a big reason we chose this listing to begin with. She raised her voice, told me there was nothing she could do, and hung up on me. Do what you want with the information but this host will continue to do business (however much she gets if much) as usual. I felt this was the most I could do to protect others since the host isn’t.

As I stated before, I immediately called an exterminator to come and inspect the home. My house keeper was at the home within 30 minutes of you leaving. There was no bed bugs in either of the beds. The beds was stripped everything put in the dryer for 45 minutes then taken out washed and re-dried. The exterminator came two days later cause that was when they could get someone out. No bed bugs found. But since you said there was bed bugs it is being exterminated. For the safety of my guests. No you had wanted a refund. But it was ironic that you stayed for for almost a week and never had an issue till the day you were leaving. And since you were unable to get a refund from VRBO you decided to write this review trying to make my place look bad. Look at all of my other reviews all perfect and they talk about how clean it is.

House was clean inside and exactly as advertised. Easy boat parking under carport. Close to private boat ramp and to the public one in Patlaka. Great Trip!

No locks on barn doors

The property is fine. Great location to fish or boat. The owner was VERY responsive. We had a hot water problem & she immediately had someone out to fix it. One of our party left a jacket & she offered to mail it back to us. Thankfully we were still in the area & just stopped by to get it. The only thing that might be an issue for some with young kids who don't know the meaning of privacy is that there were barn doors in both bathrooms & 1 bedroom and they couldn't be locked. We were all adults so it wasn't a problem. bedroom
