Summer Breeze - Sound of the Sea West 213 is a cozy and well-appointed Second Floor Almost Oceanfront 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo in the Sound of the Sea Community.
Boasting fabulous unobstructed ocean views, enjoy the surrounding vistas and complimentary painted sunrises and sunsets or watch for dolphins in the surf from the wall of windows in the Living Area or from the Covered Balcony with High-Top Furniture.
Perfect for that getaway to the beach, this almost oceanfront retreat is designed and decorated for comfort offering plenty of amenities and location close to everything Emerald Isle has to offer including approximately 11 miles of bike paths!
The Living Area has a TV with basic cable, Bluetooth speaker, a small selection of games and book lending library and, as a throwback to earlier days, a turntable with vinyl records for you to enjoy! The Kitchen/Bar Area is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and many other accessories for your convenience. Beach chairs and a few other beach items are available for your use too! The Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed and TV with Basic Cable.
The Sound of the Sea Community offers on-site amenities sure to make your vacation fun and relaxing while the location provides easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park, mini golf, and unique shops!
Community Amenities: Gated Community, Two Outdoor Pools, Pool House, Outdoor Showers, Outdoor Grill Area, Tennis Facilities, Community Private Walkway to the Beach, Building Elevators, and No Smoking on Premises. Bluewater cannot guarantee Complex/Community Amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 1 Gate Card and 1 Parking Pass - Parking for 1 car at unit. 1 car max - Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
NO SMOKING - this is a non-smoking community.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
