King Bedroom Suite Condo - Walking Distance to Beach!!! Linens/Towels included!!

King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Beautiful updated condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is fully equipped. Enjoy al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was renovated in 2020 and includes all new flooring, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Smart TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for biking and jogging. Just a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and more!

There is not an elevator and there is a small flight of stairs before entering the condo.

Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

It was as advertised. As it’s located on the miss level of a tri-story complex, whenever anyone was in the upstairs unit their footsteps could easily be heard.

Island Get-a-way!

We enjoyed our first stay on Emerald Isle in the Pebble Beach community. Our unit was VERY clean and the unit, although older had recent updates to the flooring, bathroom and fresh paint and decor. The indoor pool, outdoor pools and direct access to the beach were much appreciated.

Great Condo

My husband and I stayed for a week in early August and had a great time! Check in was simple, the condo was nicely renovated and clean, and in a great location. The beach was a short walk away and the condo was very close to a lot of great restaurants, many you can easily walk to. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is at the beach. Very clean. 2nd floor so be aware there are stairs. The owner was very accommodating. We had a small problem and it was handled quickly. The mattress is memory foam. Some love that. We weren't crazy about it. There is so much to do in the area and the beach and indoor pool are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for your stay.

Great location—all as advertised

We were in town for a wedding on Emerald Isle and this was perfectly located. We didn’t have time to use many of the facilities, but the pools looked good and we did enjoy the easy access to the beach. Neighbors very friendly and the condo was spotlessly clean and owner communication was clear and timely.

Nice condo, good location, great communication

We rented this condo for a short trip over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice, perfectly clean, with some updates. It's more roomy than other one-bedroom places we've rented in the past. The location is good - close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., and the complex has beach access. Communication with the owner was great - check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and we had no issues. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great spot!

The condo was clean and well equipped! Even had beach chairs and a cooler. The bed was comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Multiple stores near by if you need anything. Property has multiple indoor and outdoor pools. We had a great stay and considering we have two small children, it was perfect for them as well.

Disappointed

Emerald Isle Beach was nice. Bathrooms and showers at the beach were helpful. No beach or water view. Walk to the beach is about 500 yards approx. Condo was ok size for 1-2 people. Streaming services were nice. Entrance to building is very steep, dank stairwell. Condo wasn’t clean - shower curtain yellow stains, brown stain on window sill in bedroom (looked like smeared poop), dishes weren’t clean (had to buy paper products at store) and two beach chairs were molded, mildewed, and the size of a child (had to buy two beach chairs).

Relaxing fun stay

My gf and I stayed the extended weekend of Easter. From the check in process, ease of finding location, and checking out, our experience with that was excellent. Megan was great in staying in contact with us if we needed anything and was very accommodating. Instructions for check in were very simple. The unit was clean and well stocked. More than most we have stayed. 😊. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Location was excellent as it is close to main Rd. For shopping and dining. There is beach access right from property. We really appreciated the 2 beach chairs. There is plenty to do nearby although we spent most of the time enjoying the beach, weather, shopping, and dining. Overall, an excellent area, great host, and relaxing atmosphere, with the exception of a few loud guests on occasion which is to be expected. Overall a great time. Thank you. Will come back. 👍😁

Great location and community

This was a great location. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed except for the uncomfortable pull out couch. (But it did not dampen our experience) The owner was very prompt with her responses to questions and we very much enjoyed our stay!
