You'll find this condo in South Bradenton, where it sits less than a mile from IMG Academy. You'll be an easy, five-mile drive from Bradenton Beach on the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, and even closer to world-class golf courses in the area.

After a day of exploring the many attractions in the region, come home to this first-floor condo to relax in central air conditioning and grab a change of clothes from the private washer/dryer. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, you'll have your own screened patio where you can sip cold drinks, dine alfresco, and take in the view of the grounds and the neighboring lagoon.

The well-appointed kitchen features a full range of appliances, as well as a comfortable dining space on either side. After a day of sun and sand, retreat to the inviting living space to watch movies or catch up on email over the high-speed WiFi. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
