House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.

DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.

SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.

PETS:
Please DO NOT allow pets on beds. Put a blanket down before allowing them on the furniture. Please contact your host if you are traveling with more than one pet, as additional charges will apply. Inform the host of how many pets and the breed. Due to allergy concerns, cats are not allowed.
