The condo was very clean and organized, the a/c refrigerator and dryer were all working to perfection, the view was beautiful, the only complaint I would have is don’t depend on the pull out sofa for a place for adults to sleep ( maybe a small child ) as the mattress is very thin, other beds were comfortable, would rent there again, Boardwalk keeps the lobby very clean and smelling nice.

Overall this place was beautiful. The only down fall which isn’t the hosts fault is the elevators were slow or you had to wait for several elevators as there are only 5. Perfect location and not super busy beach.

Good view of the ocean. Balcony was big enough for a table. Enjoyed breakfast there. The unit was wonderful. Nice and roomy.

The room was nice, however the security is a joke. The kids cannot be kids and play in the pool with out getting in trouble. They are constantly walking around wanting to look at your wrist band that you also have to pay for (other resorts they come with the room and you only pay for they if are lost). DO NOT get deliveries the security guards are rude and will not let them in the gate. This was our first and last time staying at this place!!

This was our 2nd time at Boardwalk condos, and it did not disappoint! The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only thing we ran short on was bathroom towels, but we made it work. The view was amazing, and we will definitely return!

The condo is just as pictured. I liked the neutral colors with pops of blue. There were starter toiletries. Lots of sitting/ eating areas. All of the furniture is in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/appliances/eating utensils/etc. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. The noise from other rooms wasn’t too bad. The balcony is great, but at times there was someone around us smoking. So we weren’t able to enjoy that area as much, but I don’t hold that against the condo owner or management. I couldn’t even tell where it was coming from. And there are so many units, I couldn’t have pinpointed it if I wanted to. Security/staff was visible at all times. That made us feel more secure about parking our truck and made the parking fee worth it. Also, the lobby was kept reasonably dry and clean. The pool, spa and the chairs are all in great condition. There is a fee to use that area, but again, we thought it was reasonable considering they ensure only guests use that service and they keep it in good condition. The elevators were fast and efficient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This property is beautiful. It was so clean, inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was easy access to anything we needed. It is definitely on the list for a return trip in the future.

Everything was pretty good with the stay other than somebody NEEDS to put a 100% stop to the idiots smoking weed in and around the building.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The condo was wonderful! It was very spacious for our group, it was clean, had everything we needed. The owners were easy to get ahold of it we needed anything. The location of the condo was great, close enough to restaurants and attractions but not right in the middle of everything. The building itself was great too, the lobby, pool area, and common areas were always clean!The beach side bar/restaurant was amazing - the food and drinks were delicious! Will definitely rent again!

We had a great trip and were completely satisfied with our experience with ECDI! They offered early check-ins and late check outs. They were very accommodating and the communication was great! The room was super clean and the attention to detail with the pool was great! We will never rent anywhere else again. The Boardwalk and ECDI will be the only condo and service we will ever use again! We were really sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed here every year for almost 20 years.I am sorry to say that it is getting run down.I no age is inevitable. But I wish yall would build a new condo . But I still love the parking which was crowded but is easy and close. the pool closed three days we were there.But really we come for the Beach. Its just losing its beauty.

Blocked way to beach

The room was great. However, they had both entries to the beach blocked, including everything for handicapped, and had to go to ground floor and take the stairs. Which included lifting wagons up the stairs if you had them. If pool was closed, which happened often, it was locked so you couldn’t get to the beach through that way either.

It was nice, but won't be going back to PCB anytime soon

This condo has a good location for Panama City Beach. Both booking and check-in was super easy and convenient. I went with my husband and 3 kids under 10. I would not go back and would recommend going to a different location in the panhandle for families. PCB is essentially pretty run down and not much has changed in over 20 years. Walking distance to a few ok restaurants but also the best ice cream shop on the beach :) As for the condo unit, the balcony has a perfect view. The beach is beautiful. The condo was mostly clean. It could use some updates. The sofas are comfortable but falling apart.
