The Space:

Comfy, well designed living space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a kitchen, dining table, living room convertible sofa, and a tv.



Guest Access:

Access the unit through the front door of the 4-plex and then it is the first door on the left when you walk down the hallway. Door code for both the front door and the unit will be provided before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood in south addition, downtown anchorage.



Getting Around:

There are ubers, lyfts, and taxis available all hours of the night. Public transportation is also available nearby at scheduled hours. Please also inquire about our rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
