We have designed this charming townhome to have all of your essential needs while you stay!

Boasting 1741 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this townhome will make you never want to leave.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the foyer to the open design among the dining room, kitchen, and living room.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 58” TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. We have two amazing arcade games for your enjoyment (Street Fighter and PacMan)!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

+There is a hot water kettle, Dual coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, and creamer.

+Toaster, Baking Sheets, Spice rack, Vegetable Oil and much more!

BEDROOM ONE (First floor)
This bedroom is outfitted with a king bed w/memory foam mattress, a 42" SMART TV, bedside table with outlet plug, a lamp w/ USB port, and a dresser for storing your items.
+To access the main bedroom, you will not have any steps to enter the first floor bedroom, or bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR BATH
The main bathroom has a marvelous shower tub combination and amenities, including a hairdryer, flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

BEDROOM A (Upstairs master)
King-sized bed w/memory foam mattress, two bedside tables with outlet plugs, and two touch bedside lamps. There is also a double twin daybed. Sheets are provided in the linen closet for the trundle.

MASTER BATH (Second Floor)
The master bathroom includes a shower, and a double vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, flat iron and a hair dryer.

BEDROOM B (Second Floor)
Two Queen beds w/memory foam mattress, a 42 ich smart tv and side table with lamp.

BEDROOM C (Second Floor)
Lounge room perfect for kids or adults, with a 42 inch smart tv. The Ping pong table and its accessories will be folded up in the closet for your use. Foosball and air hockey are always a win!

SHARED BATH (Second Floor)
The shared bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, and a single vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, flat iron and a hair dryer.

GAMES
The game room is not just for the kiddos. Participate in a friendly competition while playing foosball, ping pong, air hockey . Do you enjoy board games and cards? We have a variety of games for you to enjoy!

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space allows you to sit under the covered porch and enjoy time with friends and family.

PETS
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this time.

+CHILD FRIENDLY
The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a pack n play, children's dinnerware for you to use during your stay.

DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front and back of the townhome. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per VRBO guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited. If you would like for us to turn off the camera in the backyard prior to quiet hours, please notify us.

Please note that cameras are only monitored, within quiet hours and upon guest arrival. No camera footage is reviewed until guest have checked out to ensure 100% privacy!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhome and outdoor area.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for use! We provide laundry pods for your convenience.

PARKING
You can park in the garage and in the driveway. Parking is available for three vehicles (one in the garage and two parking spaces in front of the garage). Additional parking spaces are available in the neighborhood. No street parking per HOA policy.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while on the property. +A fee of $1000 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 9 pm - 8 am.

Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Lock the door each time you leave home by pressing and holding the Schlage icon and please turn off all lights.

Please notify us prior if you’re bringing a Service Animal.

If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find dishwasher pods under the sink.

Please place all USED towels in the laundry room before departure.

Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out in the trash bin.
