Approximately 35 minutes from Nashville. Located almost on Middle Tennessee Blvd. Enjoy the very best in one of Murfreesboro's most desirable Downtown Areas. Great home

House was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful and even asked if he needed to come by to help with a question we had. Perfect situation for our group to stay here. Highly recommended.

This was a great house to stay for MTSU Parent's Weekend. Firepit was perfect in evenings for our students to come and hang out with us in the evenings.

Great Place!!

This is a great place for families who are attending weddings, family reunions, etc. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. wEe all had a great time and a great stay!!

I would highly recommend this property. Very nice, clean and roomy for bigger families like mine. The location is perfect because it’s so close to shopping or eating places.

Cute house in Murfreesboro!

Centrally located near dining and shopping. House was very nicely decorated and plenty of space for our family of four. Owner was easy to communicate with. Some minor things we would change but overall we would stay here again if in the area. Be sure to check out Slick Pig BBQ near MTSU!

Cozy cute house

We enjoyed our stay very much.. the owners were amazing and answered my text right away when I had a question.. very clean house and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be renting from them again next year.

Cottage very dated

We booked this for our son’s baseball tournament and our spring break vacation. We arrived to a mildew smell, dirty kitchen, moldy coffee pot, broken bed, and stained sheets. We reached out to the owners and they were very responsive sending over their handyman and cleaning crew within an hour. While there was improvement with fresh sheets, cleaned kitchen and repaired bed, the smell never went away. The fourth bedroom is actually a converted garage with no insulation thereby being very sensitive to the weather as well as noise. This ‘cottage’ is an old house with a lot of work needing to be done - specifically in the bathrooms and kitchen - to justify its cost. We really were so appreciative of the fast response of the owners and we did sleep well. We enjoyed the walk to downtown Murfreesboro as well as MTSU.

WOW-Great Location!

We enjoyed the space that this house affords and all of the amenities. We were a group of two older couples and a middle age couple. We had no issues during our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of the owners. If you need anything their cell numbers are on the fridge!

This was a excellent location and priced good for 6 ladies to stay at for a tennis tournament . Two small dislikes but wouldn’t change us from coming back again just would make the place a little nicer is a remodel on the pink bath and to clean or replace the two large floor rugs. This house was very cute and supplied nicely for our stay. The host was very accommodating . We will stay here again. Thank you Shelby

Temporary Housing

We placed a family here because they had some repairs going on in their home after an insurance claim. They were unable to live in their home during the repairs so we needed to find something close to home but that would also fit their needs. This property was perfect for them. The host was such a great help and very open to communication. Not one complaint from this family. We would highly recommend this for your next trip to Murfreesboro.

Concern about mildewy smell

We did enjoy our stay, especially the opportunity for the fire in the backyard. But I would not recommend the house for people with respiratory problems. I had a headache because of the smell. We were out and about a lot, though, so it was okay.

Family Christmas

We chose Murfreesboro as a somewhat central location for our family to meet and celebrate Christmas. It actually snowed while we were there which gave several of us the chance to experience our first “white Christmas “. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the decorated Christmas tree! Because our stay was on a holiday, we had to do a lot of our own cooking as most restaurants were closed. We could have used a couple of dish towels and another oven mitt. The salt was almost out too, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Heart of MTSU

You couldn’t ask for a better location if you are traveling here for anything MTSU related! What a fantastic cottage feel this home has. We had ample space for our group of 6. Having multiple king size beds is such a wondering option! I always hate sleeping in a queen when we travel. Kitchen was stocked amply for our needs, and we enjoyed breakfasts at the table each morning and made pizza once or twice. Laundry facilities were greatly appreciated as well! I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have utilized the wonderful outdoor spaces, but it was not to be this trip. We would definitely book here again!

Great stay!

Our stay at this property was great! The 4 bedrooms assured everyone had their own space. There was a old time charm with the decor and original wood floors, and the back yard being fenced in helped with the dog. It has updated appliances and entry of room. We would stay here again!
