This Austin BnB features a diner themed game room equipped with TV, Shuffleboard, darts, Giant Jenga, A/C, and board games. The patio features a luxury 6 person hot tub and adirondack chairs surrounding a stone fire pit making this space perfect for any get together or trip. Inside you'll find a comfy sectional, beautiful kitchen with everything you'll need. This duplex is a perfect location that is only 15 minutes to the South Congress strip, Rainey or 6th Street, Zilker Park, , and Airport.



The Space:

Spend your getaway here! This home sleeps up to 8. Each of the 3 bedrooms have brand new queen Nectar mattresses. The living room features a large sectional with a twin daybed (Bed 4) and trundle (Bed 5). Relax on the patio around the fire or in the hot tub. Or head into the game to keep the fun going. Outside lights are wired for nighttime entertainment.



High speed wifi and large smart TVs. Stream your favorites on Netflix, YoutubeTV, and ESPN+!



I provide a range of extras to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. These include:

- Towels, linens, iron, and make-up wipes

- On-site washer and dryer

- Fast WiFi

- A fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks, Dunkin, and Peets coffee as well as several tea options



Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, unless otherwise approved. There are 3 off-street parking spots available. Additional & free street parking is available too. While I am excited for you to enjoy our experience, any disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.



Guest Access:

I offer a convenient self-check-in process via a keypad entry at the back door. As our guest, you will have full access to all living spaces in the house and amenities on the property, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The Neighborhood:

South Austin neighborhood is friendly, eclectic and cozy. The area is filled with trendy boutiques, hip coffee shops and a plethora of restaurants ranging from fine dining to food trailers.



Other Things to Note:

All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.
