Palm Villa est un cottage de style Nouvelle-Angleterre et une escapade dans les Keys de Floride. La pièce principale plafond voûté donne à cette maison de construction récente, une sensation de grande ouverte tandis que le mobilier shabby chic créent une atmosphère confortable. Le feuillage tropical autour de la piscine chauffée crée une oasis privée dans le dos, avec chaises longues et un barbecue. Seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe du Mexique. Cette étonnante propriété de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains est parfaite pour vos vacances à Anna Maria Island.

Les 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains se composent de 2 suites de maître séparés, chacun avec leurs propres douches tuiles et de verre et de grands placards (la suite à l'étage ouvre sur un balcon). La troisième chambre a un lit queen et une salle de bain complète. Toutes les chambres et le salon principal ont HD TV à écran plat.

Les propriétaires de cette maison ont été à venir à l'île car ils étaient jeunes, et ils se sont engagés à vous donner une expérience agréable Anna Maria Island. Un chariot de plage (pour les fournitures de plage), des chaises de plage, un parasol sont également fournis. Profitez des jeux de société, un assortiment de DVD, livres et Apple TV!

Profitez de Anna Maria Island (un chariot libre arrête à proximité), se prélasser à la plage (5 minutes à pied / 2 minutes à vélo), se détendre à la piscine - tout de ce cottage "maison loin de la maison."

Wifi gratuit, draps et serviettes, etc. + équipement de plage fourni. Palm Villa autorise les animaux de compagnie moyennant l'approbation d'un supplément.

Amazing House and pool..

Amazing home and pool. Very cozy, clean and great decor. Table and bench in pool was a big plus for adults. Sit and watch the kids play from inside the pool. My only complaint would be second floor bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house.

Relaxing Vacation

Good Rental

Overall the stay was very good - other reviews are very accurate. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, the upstairs bedroom does not cool off as quickly as the downstairs ones even with two fans running. Definitely should have a wall AC unit to assist. We had some minor maintenance issues that the property management company did a great job to address, they were responsive for sure. The Fridge wasn't getting cold and they sent a guy they next day and it was fixed. Two consecutive nights the smoke alarm batteries started chirping at 3 a.m. - the ceilings are very high so there was nothing that could be done at that time. They fixed the first night - we were surprised when they went off the second night, thought they would change them all at once. The parking - t's covered in the manual in the house, but it's not the first thing you think to look at when you check in. We were parked within the property lines on a gravel area just off the driveway, but got a citation because the car was parked in the wrong direction - we didn't think twice as we were within the property lines - not on a street. Overall the unit is great, it's about six blocks from the beach, the pool is a joy at the end of the day, it's stocked well in the kitchen and the beach chairs / wagon are perfect. This unit is a 5 star unit - we unfortunately experienced a few disappointing things, but we'll rent it again!

Palm Villa is in a great location, just 2.5 island blocks to the beach and a few streets down from fun stores and entertaining restaurants! Its unfortunate that you recieved a parking ticket, we do try our best to give clear parking instructions in the property to avoid this while parking at the rental. It is also good to familiarize yourself with the local laws while exploring AMI and parking in the direction of traffic is one of them. Gratefully, it seems like you still had an amazing vacation, and we thank you for being our guest! FDR Team

We had a great time!

We had a great time! Oh great location free trolley picks up at the end of the street takes you all over the island. You can hop on and hop off at different beaches and shops. The pool was very nice and I had a nice outdoor table and lounge chairs. If you’re planning to barbecue may think that the barbecue is rusted and falling apart on the inside.

Beautiful home in great location

Home is fantastic and perfectly laid out. Pool and patio are amazing. Easy walk to beach. A few issues - last guests welcome card and feedback form were left, leaving us questioning if housekeeping had done thorough job. Ice/water dispenser weren’t working. There was a note that maintenance was coming “Monday” but never came. Had plenty of towels but only three washcloths total for six people for seven nights. Asked for more and they left three more on the porch. Had to do a Target run to buy my own. Not fun to have to wash towel loads every day just to have clean washcloths. And lastly, housekeeping sat in front of the house from 9:15am until we pulled out at 9:58am. Was awkward to be loading up and having someone sit there waiting.
