The location was excellent, close to good restaurants and the train station to Vancouver. The view from the balcony was amazing. The property manager was very responsive and left excellent instructions for arrival. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.
Perfect apartment for 2 couples. Gary was very reachable and helpful when we had troubles with the entry. He was able to help us get in right away. Everything on listing was accurate. Balcony was amazing. Location and proximity to sky train was great, we had no troubles rolling our luggage from the train to the apartment and back. Great place, will for sure book again if back in Vancouver.
Beautiful apartment, great views from the large balcony. Comfy beds. Location was nice, able to walk to restaurants and the mall.Would recommend to Gerry that he provides all the needed information at once, wifi, location and use of fob, etc. Overall, a good experience!
It served it's purpose, but VRBO messaging did not seem very efficient. Checking is had issues. Some needed info was not received before we got there. Person who was supposed to buzz us in was not there when we arrived, after start of check-in time. But the unit itself was fine. Some new rules I hope will be updated on the listing info.
The unit was nice however parking was a challenge. The kitchen was missing some essentials it only had frying pans and no cooking pans. The washer still had laundry left inside. In the master bedroom, only one towel was provided, and while there were extra towels in the cabinet, they didnât appear properly cleaned or prepared. The washroom in the master bedroom also had a bad smell coming from the bath rag. In another washroom, there was a leftover toothbrush and a used mouthwash. The fridge contained leftover food (meat, pasta, and yogurt). Lastly, there was no proper explanation provided for how to check out. Overall, it seemed the unit was not fully prepared for guests.
Clean with lovely view. Close to restaurants and shopping.Doors inside apt need some WD40 on the hinges because they were very squeaky. Other than that everything terrific.
Die Wohnung ist modern und gut gelegen. Der Check-in, insbesondere der Zugang durch die Tiefgarage sollte besser beschrieben werden. Ansonsten ist der eigene Parkplatz natĂŒrlich ein groĂer Vorteil.
I love how close the property is to everything - mall, food court, grocery store. It has a small playground for the kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.
That was a very bad experience.1. Itâs impossible to enter the building. Need waited other residents come to help us .2. In elevator can not used , because need Scan the key , but I not get the key before I in the unit . 3. When enter unit room was not tidy yet, ex: still have something in closet , dryer, refrigerator, also UNDERWEAR hanging up . 4. Contact property manager, his response : â this is residence not HOTEL , I can not understand whatâs meaning? This running business , 4. On last day the key was returned then elevator can not reach p3 parking , only lobby. I keep the photo . I wish solution.
No problem with the cleanliness of the house. But the communication cannot be worse. Waited 4ever to wait for host to send over the wifi passcode. Still no wifi password now. Not every travel has a Canadian data plan.
We had a great stay will stay again next time. Pros: Itâs nice apartment great location. Have everything you need for your stay. The building is new and quiet. Designate parking lot a lot of restaurant and shop near by Cons: we love to stay again if there are second set of key fob. We canât access the elevator separately since we only 1 key fob provided and itâs harder to coordinate the trip as family of 4.
Spent a weekend here with friends and itâs very convenient to the center. Good communication with the host if needed. Spacious enough for a group stay. Dedicated parking spot which is great
The condo itself was nice and well located. It was, however, not particularly clean, the window coverings did not work - some were lying on the floor - and pictures were leaning against the walls. We had difficulty with the security system (instructions were confusing) and were unable to get in. The owner seemed irritated that we had bothered him and he was rude over the phone. We were assigned a parking spot but when we returned to the condo after a dinner out the assigned spot was taken. Altogether, not a positive experience. Would not recommend.
The instructions to get in the main door were not clear to me given the login screen I was faced with, and, while people let us inside, we couldn't acess the floor we needed to go to without doing the front door piece properly... so we ended up kinda stranded, and I had limited internet on my phone to find the host's contact info... didn't see a cell phone # etc...
We did get in the apartment finally, by luck of someone going to the same floor, and then we could get in with a lock box and had a key fob to access the garage.
The place is nice- clean- has a lovely view, and the host did get back to us eventually, but he was less than sympathetic to our plight.
If smart buildings and technology is not your forte, this place may not be for you...
It ended up ok for us, but was no fun initially.
The property is a 10 for location. So closed to everything Richmond, BC. It's was very clean and new. No complaints except, it took us a while to figure out how to enter the building and where to find the parking space. Parking is in the residence parking lot.
