Was a great stay. Excellent location, lovely views and a wonderful and clean apartment. Even when we mistakenly ended up in the wrong lobby, the owner was responsive and helpful. Great experience overall.

The location was perfect for what we had planned. Like others, I found the parking situation confusing upon arrival. Once I got it figured out, the parking was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked and it was certainly nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. I was not successful getting all of the electric blinds to work, so couldn't take full advantage of the views.

The place, in general, was quite neat, modern, and well-equipped. I was also impressed by the safety of the apartment complex. Check-in instructions were a bit complicated, but Gary was pretty helpful in that matter! A lot of grocery stores and the Richmond centre mall are nearby. Overall, I would recommend this place for future travelers.

The location was excellent, close to good restaurants and the train station to Vancouver. The view from the balcony was amazing. The property manager was very responsive and left excellent instructions for arrival. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

The process to enter the building was terrible. Opening the front door remotely by the owner did not work. We had to enter the building by piggybacking onto someone coming out. There were three of us with only one FOB to use. My two friends took the FOB and I again had to piggyback to get back in on the second day. When we arrived, the WiFi was not functioning. Eventually realized that the router was not plugged in. In communicating with the owner, he insisted that the problem with the front door never existed before. Well, it was a definite issue with us. In troubleshooting the WiFi issue, the owner was directing us to a closet area when it was located elsewhere. Until the issues with the front door entry, WiFi, and FOB are resolved, I would not recommend staying here.

The issue was with the strata and beyond our control. We went out of the wat to help the guest but some how certian people are thankless.

Beautiful apartment, great views from the large balcony. Comfy beds. Location was nice, able to walk to restaurants and the mall.Would recommend to Gerry that he provides all the needed information at once, wifi, location and use of fob, etc. Overall, a good experience!

Nice property

I love how close the property is to everything - mall, food court, grocery store. It has a small playground for the kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

The window shade in the nicer of the 2 bedrooms, which had an adjoining bathroom, was not installed, so we had to sleep in the alternate bedroom.The property had a full kitchen including an oven which was helpful. Only 2 blocks from the SkyTrain which was very convenient.

The unit is located in a multi-building complex; it's initially confusing which garage entrance you are to enter. The place was bright, clean and well-kept. The unit had a big balcony with a beautiful view. The neighborhood isn't as walkable, you'll need to drive to shops.

Perfect apartment for 2 couples. Gary was very reachable and helpful when we had troubles with the entry. He was able to help us get in right away. Everything on listing was accurate. Balcony was amazing. Location and proximity to sky train was great, we had no troubles rolling our luggage from the train to the apartment and back. Great place, will for sure book again if back in Vancouver.

It’s a brand new Million dollar plus apartment , situated in the heart of Richmond BC , 10 min from International Airport, opposite Richmond Center Mall, next to a Skytrain Station. It’s on the higher floor with beautiful views and a large 500 sq feet private patio.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Neighborhood is very centrally located and extremely easy to access. Public transit is excellent. Feels like Hong Kong..

It’s Brand New, Pure Luxury and large space to entertain. Lots of light and nearly 360 degree view. Mountains, planes taking off and landing without noise disturbing you, sunrise and sunset from the patio.
