Welcome to the Lake Hefner Loft, a modern and artistic duplex perfect for your next family getaway in Quail Creek. You can bring the whole family to this spacious and comfortable home, thoughtfully laid out to meet all your needs.
The Space:
In the main living area, cozy up by the brick fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa. Gather everyone for a memorable meal at the extra-large dining table, which seats ten under high ceilings. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures and includes a smaller table for four for casual breakfasts.
Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twins) and a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the spacious loft, which serves as a private escape with a king bed, a queen bunk bed (with a full on top and a twin trundle), a second living area with a 65-inch TV, and a generous full bathroom featuring a freestanding tub.
Step outside to your private, fenced-in yard and unwind in the bubbling hot tub after a day of exploring. With unique touches like a record player and toys for kids, you'll never be bored during your stay!
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire side of the duplex, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes the fully fenced-in backyard and convenient garage parking.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in a convenient and charming location. A short stroll will take you to a park just across the creek behind the houseâin the winter months, you can even see it from the back window.
Explore the shores of nearby Lake Hefner, where you can experience wonderful local restaurants and take in spectacular Oklahoma sunsets.
Getting Around:
Located right off the highway, the home offers easy and quick access to the surrounding areas. You're just minutes away from both downtown Oklahoma City and Edmond.

**Booking Requirement:** To finalize your reservation, you will be required to complete a brief web form with check-in information, sign our terms and conditions, and provide a government-issued ID.
**Property Type:** Please note that this home is one side of a duplex.
**Safety & Security:** For your safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by motion-activated security cameras over the garage and back patio, as well as a Blink doorbell.
**Internal Monitoring:** The home is equipped with a device that monitors for smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and vaping) and excessive noise decibel levels. This device does not record audio.
