Welcome to our expansive 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom haven with 10 beds and 7 additional versatile spaces, situated in the heart of Indiana. This meticulously designed Airbnb offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and functionality, catering to large groups and families seeking an unforgettable stay.
The open-concept layout seamlessly connects various living areas, providing an ideal setting for socializing, relaxing, and making lasting memories.
We can accommodate more than 16 Guests.

Our home is combined two 3-story townhouses, located side by side.

Living area for right side townhouse (first floor for):
☀ A cozy living room. It comes with a 55`` smart TV and a fireplace.
☀ A fully equipped kitchen. We have stocked with dinner sets and cookware, including a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and many more. Baby dinner wares are also available. You can find a baby chair here if needed.
☀ Dining area with seating for 6.

☀ Bedroom 1: twin beds with a closet.
☀ Bedroom 2: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge closet. A baby crib and a changing station on the side.
☀ Bedroom 3: on the third floor; two queen-size beds.
☀ Dedicated workspace: in case you need to work or study, we prepared a dedicated workspace for you in the bedroom on the third floor.

Sparklingly clean bathroom and laundry in-unit:
☀ Bathroom 1: right by the kitchen.
☀ Bathroom 2: a bathroom with a shower/bath combo and adjunct to the laundry room.
☀ We have stocked bath and shower essentials for you!


Living area for left side townhouse

☀ A dining table and kitchen island can sit up to 12. Baby chairs available!

Two 3-story townhouse home is steps away from Fountain Square and is close to many dining options. Natural light fills in every room. Getting around is super easy. Our home is safe and quiet. It is steps away from all sorts of entertainment. Within walking distance or 3 minutes’ drive, you could easily reach galleries, an opera house, local parks, and sports recreation. It is only two minute’s walk to Loves Academy of Lost Arts and Indianapolis Suziku Academy. This property experiences all 4 seasons. With each season comes its deal of pests. Insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. The host will use best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay.

Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the host or co-hosts via Airbnb inbox.

Guest understands that the host and co-hosts shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions and that any issues presented to the host or co-hosts by guest(s) not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the guest(s) any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
★ Any violations of the house rules below will result in a $500 fine.

→ No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premises.
→ No unregistered guests are allowed between 11 pm and 5 am.
→ No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
→ Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
→ Please do not flush wipes/tampons down the toilet.
