No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in eviction without refund and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM to respect our family-friendly neighborhood.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside. A Minut device helps validate smoke claims. Violations result in a $500 fee and eviction. Outdoor ashtrays are provided on the back deck and front porch—please use them.

Accurate Guest Count
Your reservation must reflect the correct number of guests so we can provide enough towels, linens, and essentials.

Parking
Guests may park in the garage, on the backyard rock pad, or on the street (opposite side only). Do not block driveways.

Starter Essentials
We provide starter supplies (toiletries, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc.). These are meant for the first few days of your stay and may not last your entire visit.

Guest Screening
We partner with Truvi for required guest screening. The application must be completed within 48 hours of booking and match the primary guest name. Reservations are not confirmed until screening is complete, per state and city requirements.

WiFi & Security
Tampering with WiFi or security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Interaction with Guests:
I’m available throughout your stay via the booking app and respond quickly to questions or concerns. All communication—including check-in details and updates—will be sent through the app to keep everything organized and secure.
