This two-story home is the best of all worlds - quiet and peaceful, yet only two miles from the Stagecoach Lodge at Heavenly Mountain Resort. In summer, you'll be close to beautiful Nevada Beach on Lake Tahoe (five miles), with the casinos, shops, and restaurants of downtown Stateline even closer (three miles).

Summer or winter, this house makes a wonderful family getaway. When the weather's fine, light the gas grill on the deck and enjoy dinner alfresco in the fragrant alpine air. Come winter, watch the snow pile high all around you in the bubbly warmth of the hot tub, and spend your evenings in the living room streaming movies.

The house is full of sunlight and open spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen (with double ovens for easy meal prep), a formal dining room, and a living room that connects to the deck. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite upstairs with a bank of windows looking out across the treetops and a private bathroom offering both a shower and a soaking tub. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
