You’ll have easy access to local hiking trails and world-class ski resorts. Incredible views of the mountains are right outside your door. It’s ideally situated near outdoor adventure and an easy commute to many local delights (including grocery stores like Trader Joes, restaurants, attractions, and adventure).

Plan on relaxing and unwinding in this newly remodeled 1,000 sq. ft. basement apartment. Enjoy a full kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, private driveway, and a fenced-in patio area (with a brand new, jetted hot tub waiting just for you)! We are fully stocked with coffee, tea, cream, sugar, etc.

We have everything you’ll need to savor some time away in the beautiful Utah mountains and national parks — hiking, climbing, biking, or skiing. Note: we are new to VRBO so check out our many 5 star ratings on the competing site (VRBO will delete anything I mention about this site ;-) ...but we are Superhosts there. ;-)

We offer two queen beds, 2 twin beds (bunked) and a large sectional couch in the Living Room. The entire space has been newly remodeled and is spacious, cozy and comfortable!

Skiers, we are close to the slopes and 3 minutes from a ski shuttle. We also have a lockable ski rack and 2 heated blower boot warmers to make your powder experience even better!

CAMERAS - Full disclosure, for your safety and security, we have two security cameras on the outside of our home. They are located on the northeast and southeast corners. One is under the overhang near the entry stairs, with a view of the entryway, hot tub & patio area, and the other is at the roofline viewing the street and driveway area.
