Observez le dauphin, surfez sur les vagues, construisez des châteaux de sable ou détendez-vous avec un bon livre sur cette plage déserte. Seabrook est une île familiale idéale pour des vacances reposantes pour tout le monde.

Ce 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains Tarpon Pond Cottage a été remodelé en profondeur. La cuisine fabuleuse a été ouverte avec de nouvelles armoires, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et plus. C'est magnifique. Le salon comprend de nombreuses places assises pour que chacun puisse prendre son repas ensemble ou se retrouver autour d'un film après une journée à la plage. Le salon vient d'être agrandi avec l'ajout d'une pièce toutes saisons. Les fenêtres abondantes laissent entrer la lumière du soleil pour éclairer ce chalet et offrent une vue panoramique sur le 17ème trou de Ocean Winds et le marais au-delà. Il y a un gril à gaz pour votre usage et une terrasse juste à côté de cette nouvelle salle pour se prélasser.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision et une salle de bain complète attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une télévision. Un autre lit queen et une télévision complètent la troisième chambre. Une salle de bain complète est entre ces deux chambres. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse. A l'étage se trouve la chambre en mezzanine avec deux lits gigognes. Une autre salle de bain complète avec douche se trouve dans le grenier.

Ce chalet est situé à 0,8 km de la plage de Pelican et à 3,2 km des piscines du Beach Club, des restaurants / bars Island House et du golf. Cartes agrément vous donnant accès à des installations de la Island Club Seabrook, sont inclus dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure.

Dans la zone de stockage ci-dessous sont des extras pour votre usage. 2 vélos et des chaises de plage et plus sont disponibles pour vos vacances. Le chalet a également WIFI et une imprimante.

Hidden Gem

This was the absolute cutest place we have ever stayed! Hands down we feel like we discovered a hidden gym, not only in this cottage, but the surrounding area! We will definitely be back - it is perfection!

Great house - rude property management

We love this house it was perfect. This is our second stay at this house and it was perfect. However we have used this coastal booking agent for years and usually no issues but this stay they were very rude when we called with questions about amenities cards and to add another car pass. My 80 year old mother called because I was working and the lady from agency was very rude. This was the first year the amenities cards were digital and she was very rude explaining it to my mother. Like how dare you call with a question. Sorry but isn’t that her job. But house was great with everything you could possibly want. I do question the cleanliness (see picture below) this is how I found my upstairs shower. I wonder if it was cleaned at all.

Very nice with great view of golf course from the sun room

Kitchen was nicely updated and though it was small, it was well stocked. The Sun Room was our favorite spot and all of the rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Great house for whole family!

This is a great property, with plenty of room for our 3-generation family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for all. It was clean and comfortable and just a short 5-minute drive to the beach or pool. We loved it here!

Charming cottage

The cottage offered plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids and is conveniently located to both the Beach Club and Lake House. We spent most of our time in the sun room. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great Seabrook Getaway!

The house was wonderful. Our favorite and most used room was the sunroom. We used the bikes, the grill, the beach equipment, it had everything we needed. We had great communication with Coastal Getaways, they were very helpful and quick to respond. It was a wonderful family vacation and we hope to come back again and again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Get Away

SeaBrook Island is absolutely beautiful. The Tarpon Pond Cottage accommodated us (husband and I, son and wife, two children) perfectly. The weather was amazing for late November. We cooked a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in the small but well equipped kitchen. The bikes were great, as was the golf cart rental for taking advantage of all the community has to offer.

Tarpon Cottage

Seabrook is absolutely amazing! This Cottage is a good location and is a great value for the money. The house will comfortably sleep a large family and has several eating and lounging areas. However, the beds are not super comfortable and the cottage is in need of a deep cleaning. Overall I would recommend!

5 Star Space

Our trip to Seabrook this year was nothing less than perfect! Tarpon Pond is our favorite area of Seabrook and Nancy’s place is nestled back in a quiet little corner where you have complete privacy to enjoy coffee on the front porch or a work call in the sunroom or on the small private back deck. The loft with two twin trundles and a bathroom was a great addition to the space! Weather was gorgeous. We watched dolphins strand feeding again which is always such a cool experience! We would definitely stay here in the future.

Seabrook Island Getaway

The property was clean and well supplied with everything needed for a nice getaway. The beds while not new were reasonably comfortable. We all fell in love with the sunroom spending most of our time there absorbing the view of the golf course and marsh. Seabrook Island is so peaceful and serene, very relaxing. The swimming pools were fun and comfortable and we enjoyed dining in the pool and resort dining facilities. Close enough to the pool and ocean to ride a bike there from the condo.

Christmas road trip

Overall it was just as billed. The kitchen was a tad small for the size of the property, and we couldn't find a remote for the DVD player (no instructions for any electronics except WiFi). Seabrook Island Road desperately needs sidewalks, but you can't do anything about that. Overall, I would definitly recommend the area. We had a terrific time.

Can’t wait to go back!

The cottage was great! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The sunroom was our favorite. We spent a lot of time in that room. The mattresses in the bedrooms were ok. We also enjoyed the Amenities card which gave us access to the beach club. The beach club was very nice. I thought we were going to have access to the bikes at the residence but the code to the building was marked out. I should have reached out to the rental company to check on that but I didn’t. Overall it was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Great Cottagw

Our family of eight stayed very comfortably in the cottage for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was very well stocked and even included a crockpot, which was so helpful! We loved watching golfers, spotting deer and alligators, riding bikes, and taking long walks on the gorgeous beach. Seabrook is a gem and this cottage helped make the stay equally as wonderful. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, but the rest makes up for it ten fold! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a lovely furnished house!

Location is perfect, and the house itself is lovely. The setup of the rooms worked out perfectly for our family as well. However, a couple of things needed to be addressed. The upstairs loft area with twin beds needed a change of sheets as we found small dead bugs, we guessed that those beds hadn’t been used in awhile. The washer machine smelled musky and after doing a load of laundry, our clothes did too. The front loader door needs to be kept open but the location of the machine doesnt lend itself to that. And lastly, we had planned on using the barbecue but were unable bc it was very dirty and would have been time consuming to clean it properly. Overall, great property, and these things could easily be addressed.

Family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed this property. Our only Complaint was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. There were five of us staying there and we were all unhappy with the mattresses, but it bothered my husband the most because he has a bad back. By the end of the week he could barely walk. For that reason, we would not rent this specific property again. The rest of the house was wonderful.

Cute cottage perfect for friends and families

This cottage was cute and set up well for friends traveling together or families with the trundle beds in the loft. It had a lot of good spaces for WFH setups. It’s about a 4 mile walk from the cottage to do the beach loop using beach accesses 9 and 3a. I did this pretty much everyday with my pup to tire her out. We had rented a LSV (golf cart) which made accessing the beach club and other parts of seabrook really easy! Biking the island also was pretty convenient. It was a great week gathering with friends and celebrating in a beautiful location!!

Lovely property on beautiful Seabrook Island

We had a wonderful time staying at this Tarpon Pond cottage! It's spacious, well appointed and decorated, lots of new updates, and in an absolutely great location on the island. We would definitely love to stay here again! And Seabrook Island is a dream. Our favorite place in the world! Beaches, tennis, bike-riding, horse-back riding, golf, relaxing...everything we love to do on vacation.

The perfect location for our family to Come together for the holiday! We loved the house, had wonderful family dinners, and finally got to see a sunrise over the Atlantic. A wonderful base for our family vacay. Can’t wait to stay here again!
