Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement que n'importe quel autre à Orange Beach.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit où séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI et ce condo 2br. Il existe de nombreuses activités, dont une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un joli belvédère pour se détendre pendant que vous faites du barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur l'immense balcon vitré au 1er étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Ouvrez les trois portes coulissantes du balcon pour profiter de l'air frais du golfe. Nous avons un lit King dans le maître et 2 doubles dans la chambre d'amis. Nous avons également un verrou d'entrée sans clé sur la porte d'entrée afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour !! Nous sommes idéalement situés à côté des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Check in was easy, no problems. Unit was located on the first floor with one covered parking spot. Very nice unit. Kitchen was fine. Nice enclosed balcony to look out on pool and beach area. Bedrooms were roomy. The beds were not the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Refrigerator has ice maker but it was not working. Pool area was big and very clean. Nice boardwalk to walk to the beach. We had a really great time.

Awesome Vacation!

The glass enclosed balcony made it possible for us to enjoy the views on the cold and windy days. I will definitely be booking this condo again in the further!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. Everything was nice and clean and there was plenty of room for us and our four kids. We especially liked the convenience of the room location being ground floor and immediately off the lobby. Downsides would be the noise that came with being close to areas where people were a lot, but it didn’t really bother us. The garage space that came with the condo is very convenient as well. The beach here at phoenix vi is wonderful and all the amenities we used were nice. We had a great vacation.

Room for the family

Excellent location to the pool and beach up one floor via stairs or elevator. The enclosed porch provided extra room for separate family activities of games, relaxing or meals. Great working ice maker, and a clean unit. The only things I would suggest is a Keurig coffee maker and a mattress topper for the king size bed. Thank you for sharing your place on the beach with us!

Dirty condo

The condo was not clean the floors were not swept or mopped. Carpet looked dirty glass doors didnt look like they were cleaned in months.sunroom had not beencleaned at all very disappointed! The pool was great beach was great. Really need to check with your cleaning crew!!!!

The property was fine. The front shower was broken. I tried to call and left messages the whole first day, with no response. I received a call back the next day and was told that someone would be on the way soon to fix it. They never came.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. the location was awesome, but the beds in both room and the pull out were horrible. When you are paying this much money for these rooms the beds shouldn't be horrible. They definitely need to be updated. I loved the pool and the facilities were great. The only other thing is that this room is located right over the indoor pool and the pipes knock all during the night which is very disturbing. Loved the area very beautiful and lots of things to do in surrounding areas. The Shrimp Basket, Oyster House and Lulu's were great and loved the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is good, close to the beach and you cannot beat being on the ground floor of the property. Now for the challenges. Did not know we needed to bring Dish Soap, Dishwasher Soap, Toilet Paper and Garbage Bags. These are basic amenities I would have assumed to be included. In addition the sleeping arrangements are challenging for a family of 6. A king bed in one room and two double beds in the other room are all you really have. Pullout couch does not count. Also be leary of the guard at the gate, not very friendly .

Thanks for the review. The check in email we sent you 5 days prior to your arrival lets you know that there is a starter set of dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, bars of soap, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent. It also says if you need more than the starter set that you need to provide it. The unit is correctly advertised as having a King bed and two Full sized beds with a sleeper sofa.

Way Over Priced

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a cute little room but it does need to be updated and cleaned better. The air conditioner needs to e replaced or maintained. The shower head/ shower stall in the Master Bath need to be cleaned. The Phoenix property was very disappointing with the cleanliness. When the housekeepers were moping it smelled like dirty water and left a musky smell. The indoor pool area air vents were covered in mold above jacuzzi and pool. The overall property appearance was horrible and not what I expected. We will not be staying at this property again. Staff was awesome and very accommodating.

Needs attention, incredibly noisy and closed patio is a sauna

Great location and beautiful beach but lots of issues with the property: - furniture looks like it was last updated at the turn of the century, everything is dingy and looks like it belongs in a cheap motel - no hair dryer (listed as included), 3 spoons total in the kitchen and minimal cookware, numerous light bulbs were out - found diaper (fortunately in was clean), empty water bottles and various baby items that weren't cleaned up from last renter - Unit is incredibly noisy as its right above the pools and lots of unidentified noises in the bathrooms?? Also, started some sort of plumbing work so banging most of two days -Workers showed up to do work in the patio without any notice -Outside porch is nice but is mostly glassed in so it get very hot and is mostly unusable. No air movement in the porch and fan is small and essentially useless. Probably nice during the winter

We absolutely loved our stay here, and wished we stayed longer! The pools were perfect for days when the weather was cooler or too windy at the beach. The beach was excellent, so clean and plenty of room to set up and not feel crowded on a busy spring break beach day! The condo was the perfect size for a family of 5, it was so easy to access since it’s the first room off the lobby. The pool is directly below this condo so you also don’t have to worry about your kids disturbing anyone below you! The pool was a little loud some evenings, just the days when it wasn’t a great beach day. The pool closes at 11, so it was quiet after that. The racket ball space runs along the bathrooms and master bedroom, and again was a little noisy on not the best beach days. It really wasn’t that annoying, our kids would ask once what the noise was, we told them and then they went right to sleep. Having a fan or noise machine is helpful if noises like that bother you.The area was excellent, very safe and comfortable there, never had an issue with too rowdy of a crowd with it being spring break either! Definitely check out Tacky Jacks too, their breakfast was the best meal we probably had on the entire trip from MI to Orange Beach and back! We also got to see dolphins swimming while we ate breakfast there! We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Dirty condo, needs a deep cleaning, dingy bedding, patio door lock not working, had to contact security at 11pm to get it fixed. Two doors off the sun room also not able to lock, broken locks needed to be replaced by condo owner. Very disappointed in the condition of the condo, will not rent from this owner again .

Reviewer Comments: When looking for a place to stay my mom.brain went into saftey mode I didn't want a high up floor because I have 3 year old triplets that's very curious and likes to climb . When I seen this with the sunroom that still had balcony doors that could open and we could see the beach and pool it was like it was made for us . Very clean room not over packed on the beaches . Extremely family friends it checked all our boxes and we hope to be able to stay here again next vacation it was perfect all around no complains

Great location and layout but dirty floors and loud noises

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, excellent layout, only enclosed balcony/porch with sliding doors directly overlooking pool and pathway to beach. Master bath room was very nice and spacious. Room/Balcony was not cleaned well. Broken glass(large pieces) on balcony floor cut son's foot. Floors were on the dirty side, especially under furniture. Noisy, although somewhat expected, was especially loud with banging sounds in master bath. Recommend sound machine/white noise for children.

Great Vacation Condo

Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my family's vacation! there was plenty of room & the large enclosed patio was great for some of the chilly nights or rain! Only slight complaint was the master bed was a little hard but not unbearable! Highly recommend & if we come back to Orange Beach I'll look for this same unit!
