Truly unique, this classic Penthouse offers a completely private and impressively large sky terrace offering panoramic skyline and ocean views.
The Terrace offers it's own Weber BBQ, bar fridge (our welcome offer includes complimentary beer, wine and mineral water), and a fully equiped and generously stocked terrace kitchen. An entertainers terrace, offering either shade or sun.
Please note that we operate a strict 'No Party' Policy. Quiet hours in the building are 11pm to 7am. A breach of these policies will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking residues, fake tan stains, or unauthorised pets will result in a $250 penalty cleaning fee.
The primary Bedroom Suite includes a garden view Spa Bath.
In total the penthouse is 238m2 spread over 2 levels.
2 dedicated Basement Car Parks with hight limit of 2.0m.
The Penthouse is centrally located to all Broadbeach has to offer.
The Classic Penthouse is of the era when a Penthouse was just that, generous spaces, both indoor and out.
The offer is unique. The Sky Terrace in particular, is impressively large, north east in aspect, offering both sun and shade, real tropical garden, own Weber BBQ, generously equiped outdoor kitchen, bar fridge and ice box.
The Sky Terrace is totally private, offers breath taking skyline and ocean panoramas, and provides the ultimate holiday entertainment space.
Stylish and welcoming, the entire space is offered for our guests' exclusive use. Spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, generously equipped, and meticulously presented, the atmosphere is relaxed and coastal.
Located on the 14th Floor, accessed by 2 secure fob operated lifts.
Guests have full private use of the entire penthouse.

Fully air conditioned both Upper and Lower levels.
Please note: each bedroom has its own air conditioner, individually controlled..

We ensure that additional fresh towels are supplied for all guests. If you are not in the mood to use the washing machine, please don’t. We are happy to deliver fresh towels as frequently as you need. Please ask, no charge.
We offer a mid stay cleaning service, at your convenience, for all stays over 7 days, at no charge. This includes replacement of all linens for bath, bed, beach and kitchen, and the replenishment of provisions. No charge.
We can accomodate the 7th guest with a folding ottoman/single bed upon request. No charge.
A portacot is available upon request. No charge. Please provide your own linen.

Our cleaning schedules well exceed the norm.
Our bedroom linens, doona inserts, bed toppers, mattress protectors, pillow and pillow protectors are of the best quality and are refreshed regularly.
We clean our windows, balcony and outdoor furniture regularly.
The kitchens and bathrooms are deep cleaned regularly, and yes, we do check the cupboards, drawers, and even down to the detail of every glass, on our daily routines.
We can offer this attention to detail because we do the cleaning and preparation ourselves, no third parties.
