Amenez votre famille et vos amis dans cette villa de première classe bien aménagée au bord de la piscine. Professionnellement décoré avec tout le confort de la maison. Asseyez-vous sur la grande terrasse au deuxième étage donnant sur la piscine et regardez vos enfants profiter de la piscine lagon de 12000 pieds carrés avec des fontaines, des cascades et deux bains, ou faites une courte promenade jusqu'à la plage privée. La plage est à seulement 150 mètres avec des installations privées, des douches et un service de chaise. Il existe également un service de navette de voiturette de golf GRATUIT qui est particulièrement pratique lorsque vous prenez toutes vos nécessités de plage.

Cette belle villa non-fumeur de 2000 pieds carrés comprend trois chambres; une grande suite parentale avec un spa privé et une douche à l'italienne, un deuxième maître avec lit king-size et salle de bain privée, et une troisième chambre / salle de bain avec lits superposés et un lit queen-size séparé. Wonderful Seacrest Getaway

Overall the property/ condo was beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again. Property was cleaner than expected, during high volume spring break time. Location was perfect and we loved the easy shuttle ride to the beach. Also loved the deck and view of the pool. Pool was amazing. This place is perfect for family and teens. Enough room for everyone to have space.

Perfect location

Very nice and comfortable condo. Location on 2nd floor above the pool is perfect. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you could possibly need. Owner was very attentive and helpful.

Amazing spot!

Shared this lovely condo with another family during March break and had a fantastic time! The villa was lovely and the surrounding areas beautiful. Loved the community and the fact that there was something to do everyday, even during some not so great weather.

Seacrest Beach Gem

This is our third year vacationing to Seacrest Beach, and this property is without a doubt our favorite. We loved overlooking the pool. The condo itself was nicer than the pictures and the host responded within minutes each time I reached out. We’d love to return next year!

Fantastic!

Stayed here for Spring Break and it was perfect. The condo was in a great location, very clean, comfy beds and more than enough space for a family of five. The beach, restaurants and shopping was a easy walk and very nice. I was worried the pool would be too cold, but the kids enjoyed it. Planning next year already.

Property and location was awesome! Condon was clean and well decorated, great place. One of the bathroom tubs had the drain clogged when we arrived and also had a bit of an issue with the AC cooling.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect 5 adults and 2 children. The master suite had a bunk room in the large walk-in closet and the portable crib fit nice in the master bathroom. The other master suite had a walk in shower and was perfect for the grandparents. The other bedroom has two beds and a bathroom next to bedrooms. It was very comfortable. The pool and beach were close by.

An absolutely perfect vacay

We loved every single minute of our stay in this gorgeous condo. There was so much space and the pool-view balcony was an amazing hang out spot. We were steps from the GORGEOUS resort style pool. We brought our small dog and he had lots of room to run around and there were dog bag stations in the neighborhood for easy clean up. The dining room and living room were spacious enough to accommodate all 7 of us with ease. The location was amazing really only steps from the shopping center/restaurant/brewery/Starbucks. We already want to plan to come back!

Gorgeous Condo

This condo had exceeded all of our expectations and more! The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is fantastic! Just a short walk across the street is the beach (I did it daily on crutches), and the pool is right outside your balcony door so you can watch your family enjoy themselves. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions before AND during our stay. We rent condos for all of our vacations and I can honestly say this was not only the nicest one, but I would rent from this owner again and again, and I have NEVER stated nor felt that way with any other rental we have stayed at! Thank you again for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

Would NOT Stay Again…Read Before Renting….

We absolutely won’t be staying here again when returning to 30A. Pros: -Location - basically the biggest thing going for the unit. It’s directly between Rosemary and Alys, easy walking distance to most everything. -Amenities - you’re directly next to a resort style pool which is a plus, BUT, it’s a CROWDED pool and you’ll be looking for a spot for a while if you aren’t there by open or slightly after. We had to go back and forth from the unit until we spotted a family leaving and sprinted for their chairs. There is also a shuttle service we saw going to the beach which is a nice perk. -Dog Friendly - biggest reason we chose the unit. Cons: -The unit is legitimately empty in terms of basic necessities you’ll need. We arrived and there wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathrooms which I’ve never experience in other rentals. You’ll have to get toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dish washer pods, detergent, condiments, coffee pods, etc…there are towels, sheets, and beach supplies. That’s it. -It’s very obvious this is a rental unit and not in a good way. At first walk thru it looks well furnished and clean, but as you walk around it’s pretty uncleanly. There’s dirt and hair all over. Random stains on the walls. Broken doors and blinds. Obvious that it’s turned very quickly. -Owner was aware the washer and dryer weren’t working prior to our stay and didn’t mention until after we checked in. Offered no discount for the inconvenience. Go elsewhere! You’ve got options.

PERFECT location in Seacrest!

Spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Plenty of room for our 4 adults, 4 tweens, and a 3-year-old. Second story location is great… You can relax on the balcony and overlook the huge pool without fear a younger kid can open a door and escape to it! The building is close to the entrance of the neighborhood so you’re super close to the beach and walking/biking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We didn’t move our car once. The only reason gave the neighborhood (not the rental) 4 out of 5 stars is because of the noise and random rules it has… a leaf blower will be out promptly at 7:45am to ensure all children are awake, still no bikes, large wheeled coolers, or wagons (unless a small child is in it) are allowed on the walkway to the beach, and pool restrictions vary greatly and can be very strict depending upon who is working at the time. All that said, you can’t beat the Seacrest pool if you have young kids and this unit was amazing.

Great Location

Bella Vista condo is a nice place. It is large with room to spread out. The patio has great view of pool area. I enjoyed sitting on balcony but pool was very busy and was noisy at times. The unit had a few beach towels and a blender. Bring paper towels, coffee pods, washing detergent, counter cleaner, soap for shower and dishes, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper. There is a small store within walking distance where you can buy supplies and groceries if needed. Seacrest is a fun place and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful Condo

We frequent 30a and PCB yearly and have stayed at many properties in Seacrest. This actually exceeded our expectations (which is so rare). It was beautiful and so clean. Alison really does a wonderful job at making sure her property is beautiful for her guests. The check in process was so simple. We will definitely be staying at her place in the future. My sons loved being over the lagoon pool and we spent every single day in there enjoying it along with the sunshine. Thank you for making your place a piece of our memories. The only suggestion I would have is to add a tv to the back guest bedroom - not a deal breaker but some people do love having a tv to fall asleep to and my MIL is one of them and had to use her ipad each night instead. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful!!

The property was better than the pictures. Loved the space and balcony over the pool. Great location, can walk to everything! The beach was crowded but that was to be expected. We had a great time on our girls trip with plenty of space!
