Host was very responsive and the house was clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and watching the wild life. Waking up to the birds every morning in the master bedroom was very cool. The upstairs shower did not work. The grill really needs to be cleaned. A grease fire started when we attempted to use it. Could be dangerous if it happens again and someone panics and attempts to throw water on it. Ice machine to the freezer also was not working. Several of the string lights outside are out. Host again was great some things just need a little TLC in the property.

The host was communicative and available when needed. The house is located in a nice, quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house itself is quaint, and the large wooded backyard creates a nice setting to watch families of deer nestled throughout the trees. The house is about a mile from the community Rec Center area, that offers both indoor (billiards; shuffle board; ping pong; and chess) and outdoor (pools; tennis/ pickleball courts; and a fitness track) activities, as well as an onsite convenience store. When you enter the community for the first time, make sure you enter through the Welcome Center main gate because until you receive your community gate pass upon gate check-in, you're not able to enter the community. Overall a nice, quiet, pet friendly stay.

I stayed in this house for three days with some friends and had a really good experience. It’s a comfortable, clean place and perfect for spending a few days in a group. It has a nice atmosphere and everything you need for a peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend it for a short getaway. P.S.: My pet loved the place

The house was beautiful and well decorated! The backyard and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Children loved the pool table and watching the deer in the backyard. Close to Bushkill Falls and Delaware Gap for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked. They even had a high chair for the baby. We had such a lovely stay here!

The host was accommodating and the house clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The kitchen was spacious and had all the appliances we needed to prepare meals, making it easy to enjoy family dinners together. The pool table and hot tub were a hit with our teenagers. Additionally, the location was perfect; we were just a short drive away from local attractions and beautiful hiking trails. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories. We had a great time! The house was super nice and in a great neighborhood. Lots of beautiful forests all around. There's lots of great hiking and restaurants in the area. The fire pit was fantastic. We had a camp fire and smores every night.The host was super responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place! The home was perfect for the six of us and had plenty to do at the house itself. Quiet and perfectly nestled in the woods, but close to everything in the area. The master bedroom was a dream with stunning light through the wall of windows. It was beautiful waking up to the sunlight as well as falling asleep to the shadows of leaves and branches on the wall. The beds were super comfortable and they did not skimp on the quality of the bedding. Felt like a luxury hotel. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. We would totally stay here again.

My group and I had several problems throughout our stay. First, when we were checking in, the security at the gatehouse wasn’t aware that we were coming and had to get in contact with the host. It took us about 30 extra minutes to get into the house while we had cold groceries in our cars. When we got into the house, we first noticed a swarm of ants crawling over old food in the downstairs bedroom. We found raid in the kitchen and sprayed it over the ants, but throughout our stay we kept finding more ants in various rooms. The smell of the house was very unpleasant. It smelled like a bad maple syrup air freshener. The upstairs shower didn’t work at all. After getting in contact with the host and following her instructions, it still didn’t work and we were limited to 1 bathroom for 8 people. The plates and silverware were dirty upon arrival. The floor was covered in crumbs. Over half of the outdoor lights were out. The bunk bed was not as pictured. It was a metal frame, smaller than expected, and very squeaky which made it hard to sleep in. The host was very responsive and the amenities of the community were very nice, but the actual house made our stay not as nice as it could’ve been.
